Ordered a king cake with strawberry and cream cheese filling, and almost half of the cake has little to no filling whatsoever. They also put a heavy bag containing icing, sprinkles, etc directly on the cake when packaging it for shipping, so the cake arrived with a large portion of it flattened.

The location is not conducive to hanging out, so it's more of a takeout place. The pastries and other sweets are the draw, with good variety.

One of the best bakeries on the Northshore. Not typical bakery items. Beautiful cakes! Addictive Almond Chocolate Macaroons and more... Most pastries are big enough to share. Mini versions can be ordered for parties, etc. Every baked item is exquisite!

Dear. Lord. We went for the Ponchatoula King Cake and snagged a piece of strawberry shortcake too. All of it was divine. Heavenly. Worth every calorie. People were pretty nice, and the store was clean and well stocked with fresh pastries. YOU MUST CHECK THEM OUT!
