Amazing restaurant! Went last night and we were completely blown away by the food and especially the staff! They were amazing and took time to recommend dishes, drinks, and just have a chat. Food was out of this world and excelled expectations!!! Next time we visit from the Uk we will be back!

Great food....but our bartender/server "Manon" was great, very friendly with great knowledge of the menu, so she made food and drink suggestions we enjoyed!
Inside the Fountainebleau , service was flawless , food was incredible, tried the shredded beef starter , with shezuan chicken, beef with chilli peppers, all extremely tasty , would definitely go back. Enjoyed a cocktail in the lobby bar before - great evening

Best Peking Duck! Lobster Dumplings great. Orange Peel tenderloin melt in your mouth. Beautiful atmosphere!

I tried pan fried vegetables dumplings 🥟, Dim Sum, wild mushroom soup, pepper steak, chocolate volcano ... and of course with chardonay... Their wine selection is ok.. Food and service is great... Yes it is pricey for great experience... I definitely recommend this place 👍🏻

We have arrived in Miami and after a long flight and a few drinks by the beach, it was time for dinner. For dinner, our choice was Hakkasan. To be honest, I've been to Hakkasun in the UK, but it was nothing like what I experienced in Miami, the food is full of flavour, I just cannot explain the taste. The whole ambience of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and has a floral scent as soon as you walk in. For starters, we had crispy prawn with mango, which left a fruity juicy taste in my mouth, with a crispy finish.These prawns were more savoury and a had a satay finish, I was not really a fan of these because I prefer more sweet or sour taste.
And my favourite dish of the night had to be the dim sum platter- 8 little pockets of flavour;
2x Scallop Shumai
2x Har Gar
2x Black crystal rice vegetables
2x Crab meat.
Equally, all the dim sum pieces were nice but my favourite had to be the dim sum topped with caviar style beads.
For my main, it was between the Bahamian lobster or the black pepper tenderloin but eventually gave in and went for the beef, choosing egg fried rice to accompany the beef. I had my beef cooked medium to rare as I like my meat a bit tender and juicy, the beef was very spicy but that is just how I like it! Everything was washed down with several glasses of house red wine, which really hit the spot!
One thing I always appreciate bout Americans is the customer service and we really gave the best of the best in terms of customer service and would definitely recommend going to Hakkasan for dinner. The lightening is dimmed and is a perfect place to go for a date.

Make sure you book ahead of time. Vegetarian options were awesome. Host was very friendly and helpful with veggie selections. Kids loved the hakka noodles and Tofu in clay pot. Its expensive but worth the money!!!
Went to hakkasan on a weekday with friends, it's a great place for dinner & drinks, ambience is nice, staff are quite warm & attentive, overall had a great time!!! Food options aren't that great though for vegetarians.
Year of the Ram is off to a fabulous start for 2015! Chinese New Year with 60 lucky people at HAKKASAN, Fontainebleau Miami Beach was such a treat! I organized it as part of my HOH WOK CLUB gatherings, to celebrate Asian culture and cuisine with like minded people. If you’ve never had an authentic Yum Cha Chinese style, you have to experience it. And the best way to do that is at a chic, modern and beautiful restaurant like HAKKASAN. You get the royal treatment and you leave all the work to the chefs who painstakingly make all the intricate and magnificent dumplings and miniature sculptures!
We came for dim sum and it was very good. There were 4 of us and they offer an option for a prefix menu with an assortment of steamed, fried, main dish, and noodle dish to share for 2. We ordered that plus a few additional items. The fried beef puffs were amazing, fro gras dumpling was ok, duck rolls are a must, barbaque platter was very good, char sui pork is very good but small portion, duck pi pa is tasty similar to Peking with out the pancakes. This is not your traditional dimsum per say. They are higher priced smaller portions but still very tasty. Each item seems to have extra care and time out in rather than ordinary dimsum items. The atmosphere is also very appealing. We will definitely be back looking forward to trying dinner.

Good food, even better drinks, but pricey. Went with friends to Hakkasan during Miami Spice. On a Friday night we could only get a reservation at 7:00. It did become more crowded as the evening went on. Interior is nice but if they would have cut the incense, I would have enjoyed it more. Despite an initial aromatic turnoff, I did like the styling of the place. Started with a round of drinks- the Zesty martini, Green Destiny, Strawberry Basil martini- all were very tasty and fresh. For dinner, we decided to add to the Miami Spice menu options (as we were told it was a tasting menu only) and added two appetizers- the Wild Mushroom Lettuce Wraps and the Dim Sum Platter. Both appetizers were very flavorful and good. We liked it all but the standouts from the Miami Spice dinner menu were: the honey grilled barbecue pork, the spicy and crispy shrimp dumpling, and the crispy chicken with Osmanthus lemon sauce. My favorite of the night however was the dessert- the white chocolate panna cotta with the raspberry sorbet. It was one of the best desserts I have tried in a long time. I sampled the mango dessert but in my opinion the panna cotta is the way to go. I did enjoy the manner in which the food is served- slowly and one or two dishes at a time so each dish can be enjoyed without feeling rushed on to the next course. The one negative was being charged $3 more for a drink than listed on the menu. $3 is not a huge deal but it is still $3- and given drink prices here are high enough as it is...Overall the food here is good, and cocktails and desserts were really good. I feel the pricing is a little high (a $7 macchiato??? -but again- everything in Miami Beach costs more than it should). It is worth trying.
Beautiful. Atmosphere & food are top notch, exactly what you would expect for a place as fancy as the Fountainbleu. My favorite dish was the crispy duck salad, just for the uniqueness, but you can't go wrong with the seafood either.
Dim sum, lamb and red snapper were superb. The fried rice was not the best but still good. After reading the other reviews, I would suggest an early reservation when possible b/c we didn't wait for anything. It was expensive but so is anywhere worth eating in Sobe. I loved it and will be back.
Yes, will be back. Great intimate atmosphere and excellent service! Ate for Miami Spice August 2012 menu and was not disappointed. Must be expecting a large bill because you're at the Fountainebleau. Validated parking is still $12.
My dinner party is still raving about the sea bass entree featured on Miami Spice menu; it was buttery tender and perfectly, lightly battered = amazing. Both desserts were to die for. Well poured beverages from the bar.
Delicious food in a hip andluxurious setting, Hakkasan didn't disappoint. While it is pricey, you have to expect it, after all you're in the beautiful Fontainebleau. Our overall bill was $275 which isn't bad considering we had 2 appetizers, 4
entrees, a bottle of wine and 18% gratuity was already included. When we made the reservation we mentioned it was my birthday and an the end of our meal they gave us a delicious dessert with Happy Brithday written on the plate for free. Overall a
great experience and we will go back.

Still jonesing for the xiao long bao (dumplings with soup inside). While the food is not as exciting as Tropical, the ambiance can't be beat. Teal cushions, waterfall gobos, heavy lacquer ornate wood dividers. My only complaint is that the staff have not been trained on the menu.

Terrific ambiance, delicious choices. Servings relatively small and overly pricy compared to typical others, but presentation and taste was impeccable. Tour the restaurant though.....lighting at the bar is amazing, and even the restrooms have "wow" factor!

Not your average Chinese in America. Very pricey but sooo good. This is a great place for a special occasion. The decor is so sexy and different and the food is delicious. I tried to go a little out of my comfort zone ordering Jellyfish as an appetizer and ostrich as Main course, and it totally paid off. The ostrich was so tender and one of the best things I've ever had!

Best Steak Ever!. I love Aged Steaks... but this one was from far the best! I've been several times to Gotham NY and I love it... but maybe the fact that I was on vacation, enjoying Miami... It was even better... The service was perfect from the beginning to the end, I'll definitly go back very soon!

Seafood Tower is sooo good, the Foie Gras delicious, The Hamachi Sashimi is a bomb, the Black Cod is amazing and of course the Ribeye is mmmmhhhhh!

Mmm. delicious!!!. Wow, Gotham is incredible. What a perfect place to have a date, or even have dinner before going to a hot new club! The steaks there are spectacular. The restaurant has this amazing vibe that makes you wanna sip of wine, talk about life, and relax. I have been there twice so far. The first time I went was when it first opened, then the second time about two weeks ago. The place has come a long way since it has opened. All restaurants need to tweek out issues during the first months, and they have definitely worked out a lot of issues. It is my new favorite restaurant!
The Blackened Cod is very good, but is it worth the price? Not really. The chicken is definatley not worth the price. The service is good, but the management intrusive. I have never been interiored so much during a meal to see how everything was by so many different managers.

Mmm...Steak. If you haven't been to the Fountain Blu you have to check it out. It's like a miniature casino without the gambling. Lots of restaurants and bars. The place is huge. Gotham is a typical steak house with all the standards. The fillet mignon was nice and done just right. Plenty of choices. I had the lobster appetizer which was also pretty good. Plenty of wines to choose from too. The highlight of the night though were the deserts. The carrot cake and the chocolate cakes were absolutely phenomenal. Warm with some vanilla ice cream...I'm going back right now. The service was attentive. Bit on the pricey side but not out of line with the competition. While not the best pure steak house, I'd give this an overall thumbs up because of the hotel and otherwise decent food.
Hakkasan has some great Chinese-style food, including some really nice noodle dishes.
The dumplings were the highlight for sure. Incredibly moist, and with abundant flavor and texture, we held that as the standard. Alas the fish dish was not up to par. Am not a fan of bland steamed fish with sauce poured over it. The eggplant didn't have too much oomph and the fried rice was forgettable.
