First time trying bubble tea and it was a success. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, and most importantly the air conditioner was on. We had the honey milk tea. First time trying bubble tea. I will definitely be having it in the future. Very positive experience. Five stars!

BEST bubble tea in Miami! I literally go every day instead of going to Starbucks - staff is friendly and super fast. If you are taking it to go, in 3mn you'll be in and out which i like a lot!

Need to have better customer service. Not friendly at all. And they have no concept on sugar percentages. The 25% and 50% is like having 100% sugar. They have no idea what they are doing. Even asked them to fix it and they were very rude. I wish I could take back my tip. And the service is so slow.
