They also have an amazing selection of beers, wines, chocolates and other delightful delicacies on their shelves. The owners and staff are down to earth and incredibly knowledgeable about their craft. Love this place!
One of the coolest food spots in Miami. Really a one stop shop for everything from their amazing Sausages to other meats all incredibly well sourced. I always get my holiday meats (turkey, prime rib, etc) there and have always blown my guest away.

I just discovered this great market! The proper sausage we had was delicious!!! I can't believe there is such a great market was right in my backyard!! I can't wait to go back & try more goodies!!

like Marmite, Twiglets and mustard for you to use.

What can I say - if you like sausages and meat in general, Proper Sausages will deliver. I especially like their figs and blue cheese sausages. They also have a cool selection of beer and sodas. Anyone who lives near this places knows it.

This small gem of a butcher shop packs a huge punch. They have a fantastic selection of fresh meats, cured meats, and other meat products which are all of exceptional quality. They have various cuts of steak, different types of bacon, burgers, sausages, and more which can all be cut to order. Their refrigerated area offers duck fat, bacon jams, homemade sauces, foie gras, chicken liver, beef cheeks, etc. I used their Italian spiced bacon to make Amatriciana and Carbonara sauce as a substitute for guanciale, and both turned out very well. I also grilled their Moroccan spiced lamb and maple foie gras sausages which were off the chart. They also have dry goods like spice blends, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Their wine selection really surprised me. They have a strong selection which is eclectic, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. They also serve a variety of sandwiches during lunch hours. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, it's a very small place but they have a phenomenal selection of food and beverage products. A must visit for the food obsessed and casual eaters alike.
I feel so lucky to have such an amazing proper sausage shop in my neighborhood. If you haven’t already stop by and get an assortment of artisan sausages. I recommend the blue cheese and date. On the grill any time
I've tried several styles of their sausages and meats, and they've all been excellent!! I will most definitely continue buying top grade meat with them.
In addition to supplying the best restaurants in Miami, the storefront in Miami Shores offers Proper Sausages and other products to those of us who can't go without for home use. I've eaten every sandwich on the board and can say with impunity that they are all amazing. The only thing they need to do to improve is expand! And maybe open three or four other retail spots all around Miami.
