Amicable staff, plenty of parking in the lot. Ambiance with music in the open mall is unique. Food was good, consistent across the chain (locations). Chicken salad was great, a little too much dressing. Lettuce wraps were good. Outdoor seating was a good setting (even in winter!)

My first experience at the Cheesecake Factory...
Very friendly personnel. Took his time to help.
Made sure we didn't miss anything without being overwhelming.
The food was delicious and had big enough portions.
For fun we took two cheesecake cakes home... What an experience... Delicious cakes, every single bite.
I would like to say I'll be coming back soon... But for my own protection and that is my body. Let's keep this type of visit to a minimum. đ
Located inside a mall, so itâs always busy, especially on weekend nights. The servers are usually young and inexperienced but theyâre also fast. The food is delicious, great-sized portions. Both take out and dine in are recommended. For take out, make sure you order ahead of time or youâll be impatient waiting.
I love the menu. There is something for everyone, from the food to the dessert. Enjoyed trying something new. The service was great! As busy as they were, on a Saturday night, we got our food without a long wait.
Its a must everytime i visit USA. The food is amazing. I ordered honey truffled chicken and the smashed potatoes amazing. The classic chessecake its the best.

They have Green Chilaquiles on the weekend brunch but donât advertise the dish if you donât know how to do it. This was really disappointing. Our server Gabriela was really nice and most of the times food is good if you like pasta.
Our next food adventure take us to The Cheesecake Factory located inside Dolphin Mall in Miami FL, one of my favorite place to eat they have a great an extended menu with different options to select.
Plus the best Cheesecake not town in the country and the service to the costumers are the best very fast and the food coming warm and delicious.
High recommend place is you looking a place to eat in family.
A group of 6 of us had lunch here today at the Cheesecake Factory Dolphin Mall. It was great. The food is predictably good! I had the skinnylicious steak medallions with mashed potatoes medium rare which are one of my favs and they did not disappoint. Another of our party had the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and it was very tasty too. Service was a little slow but overall it was great for larger parties or smaller ones. They also have outside seating for cooler days. Will be back!
We had an excellent lunch experience today at the restaurant, mainly due to the excellent service provided by the server Leo. He was informative regarding the food, and pleasant on every aspect throughout the meal service. Itâs not common nowadays finding servers that are so well rounded in all aspects of the dining experience, and we would suggest that this server should be considered for an ascension within your institution. The amount of protein in the salads needs to be more for the price, but the flavor combinations were very good.

Food and service were amazing. The drinks were great too. I wasn't planning to eat dessert but the waiter convinced me to have the salted caramel cheesecake and it was a dream. As always, the restaurant was packed but good came quickly . I also enjoy going to TCCF, they never disappoint.
My favorite place! The service was very good and the food is always delicious. Since we were only 2, we had no wait time.
We enjoyed a lovely lunch at Cheesecake Factory at the Dolohin Mall earlier this week. We shared an appetizer platter and ate chopped salads and tacos. We all had tea to drink. Cheesecake with strawberries was our shared dessert. The bread is always a treat. Yum! The server was accommodating. The food was good.
Nice place with the BEST cheesecakes variety I have ever seen. Very complete menu with lot of different options. The portions are huge so it is recommended to share. The staff is very kind but sometimes you need to wait so long to be served.
This chain has a consistent quality across the board. Thus patrons know what to expect in terms of flavours, textures, aromas and quality and quantity. This applies to beverages, desserts, food and even the odour as you enter. What makes the experiences differ is the service. That variation can make it a good to a great experience.
I'll say this though, I have never been disappointed, even when the establishment is crowded and pumping !
Friendly staff, very affordable prices and the food is very tasty. Huge plates (1 salad could be more than enough for 2 people for lunch) and obviously the cheesecakes are great though id recommend the simpler ones (original or basque)
Most people may think this is a place for cheesecake only and this is not completely true. For many years I have lived in Miami and never thought about eating here until my daughter insisted. In fact, I follow a keto diet, buy yes the place is completely fine. They are plenty of choices. You may want to have a coffee time with friends, dinner with family, or simply a birthday celebration. All these options are available. I had an awesome family time while enjoyed a glass of wine, a rib-eye steak, mashed potato, green beans, and a delicious salad. I kind of disappointed since I reject the server recommendation for a special salad to ask for the only one saying mixed-greens and they brought me Romaine, not my favorite, but still good. The dressing was amazing, peanut butter. I had never tried before, but definitely great. The prices was a little too high considering some other good restaurants in the area. Overall I had a good experience.
