The food was absolutely wonderful. O wasn't for sure what to expect when I ordered the salmon and lentil dish bit it paired very well together. It was a hearty flavorful meal but light at the same time. Staff was courteous. I would recommend It! Short walk from intercontinental hotel.

My FAVORITE breakfast spot in Downtown Miami. It says a lot because I don't like breakfast ever. I eat here EVERYDAY I'm in town.

No doubt, this is a HOT SPOT in Miami... Their motto is "from Paris to Miami" and their food reflects both an indoor and outdoor French Cafe style, and high end fusion dishes and exotic coffee drinks... They also have a cocktail bar with even more specialty items... Always crowded, a little pricey, but flavors and atmosphere are worth it... Slightly boojie? Maybe... My "Frank's Hash" was $36, but quality ingredients and plentiful... If you need treats to take home, their pastry offerings are just as decadent and tastefully handcrafted...

I am extremely happy I found this place. It was spectacular, everything we tried was the best version I had of that dish. We tried the Eggs Benedict croissant, it had avocado, tomato and came with delicious fries, extremely filling. The french toast had caramelized bananas inside the bread, which was an excellent touch. Cant say enough good things about this place and I will 100% come to here in a regular basis. Do yourself a favor and come to here for an excellent start of to a day.

One of the best spots for brunch in Miami, hands down! Cafe Bastille never disappoints. The food, bakery items, and drinks are consistently delicious. The first time that we went to Cafe Bastille the food, service, and vibes were so amazing that we canceled our reservation for the following day and went back for more. We just recently went back again and it was even better than we remembered. Everyone who works there is so kind, attentive, and dedicated to quality customer service. Although you are not able to make a reservation in advance I do not think we have ever waited over 20 minutes (on the weekend). The DJ who plays outside is so fun and friendly he for sure adds a little something special to the experience! Every time we are in Miami we have to go to Cafe Bastille and whenever someone asks for a recommendation this is the first and only place I will recommend. Can't wait to go back!

A cute little spot in downtown Miami. The food was absolutely delicious and our server was friendly and attentive. The Owner even stopped by to ensure we were getting our order in a timely manner. Loved the French toast with the eggs and bacon(Bae's favorite) as well as their plain crossaints and passion sunshine smoothie.

Early morning stop for a expresso and coffee to feel close to my country! My friend took a French toast cappuccino with a Flan. Everything perfect before the drinks arrived to the table... Plastic and paper cups? No way: day 1 that is not nice and without any little spoon or stick to move the sugar. I will come back for lunch to try. Day 2 My last review wasn’t good but I tried for second time today and was perfect! A very good morning French time! Feeling home… thank you.

I loved this place and will go back. I just have a small suggestion to the managers, so to be able to give 5 stars next time. Please change more often the rag/cloth with which the tables are cleaned! The rag/cloth smells so bad and the smell stays on the table, and we can’t truly enjoy the exquisite food, as we can only feel the weird smell left after our waiter “cleaned” our table. We had some hand sanitizing tissues, whiped the table through, the smell went away and had a great breakfast:)

Apparently the OG next door extended their space and created this cute little bakery a few steps away from restaurant. This is one of the very few restaurants in Downtown Miami that has survived the ups and downs of the economy for the past 15 years. I believe they’ve been open since at least 2007 or so. Anyways, I hadn’t been around these parts in a while and had to stop when I spotted this cafe. It’s a small space with coffee and some pastries. Since today was, surprisingly, a chilly day in Miami, a nice cup of hot coffee was a necessity for me. Ordered a ham and cheese croissant and a latte with extra shot and almond milk. I’m a sucker for coffee art and my latte was picture worthy. Croissant was fluffy and flaky as any good croissant is supposed to be. They were generous with the ham and cheese portion. Only negative thing I’d say about it all is the price. I paid $24 for a coffee and a croissant. I get everything is expensive nowadays and this is a “French” bakery but that was a little steep even for somebody like me who never really complains about prices. At least the food and coffee were good in both, quality and taste. I found out there’s a newly opened Ft Lauderdale location I have to swing by.

We loved this place. Our waiter, David, is my favorite waiter of all time. So attentive and fun. The red velvet pancakes were crazy delicious and my husband can’t stop talking about his Cajun shrimp eggs Benedict. The fruit platter was also a win. Generous portion.

Amazing breakfast place within walking distance of our hotel. I had the Mediterranean omelette and it was fantastic. Everyone else loved their food as well. Only come to Miami every so often. So if I’m in the area I will most definitely come back. Our server was amazing. And so was everyone else who we came in contact with.

This is a cute place. The portions here are good. Not too little, and not too much. The food was really good, a different take on eggs benedict. We had the ham and bacon and the cajun shrimp eggs benedict (with no tomatoes and extra pickled onions). The flavors of the dishes meshed well. Loved the croissant base instead of the English muffin. We had orange juice, which was a good compliment to the dishes. A great breakfast after our run. Coming back again tomorrow after we run. 😊

Beautiful cafe find in downtown Miami. I was greeted with smiles from everyone and a happy, polite and helpful attitude. The place was buzzing and the vibe was very cool, being able to side on the side walk and sip a good cup of coffee. The food was amazing and very filling - highly recommend the 3 egg omelette. Service is also quick and my secret in particular was happy to provide and local recommendations - really appreciate it!

Simon was great! He was very professional and pleasant when recommending choices from the menu. Food extremely healthy and delicious.I definitely would recommend dinning at Cafe Bastille. I starting eating before I realize I did not take a picture first. That is how good it is.

First time here and I would highly recommend it. Natalia greeted me at the front and got me seated within 15 minutes which was faster than I was initially told so I greatly appreciated that! It's a popular place so expect to wait a bit before being seated. AJ was my server and he did an exceptional job! He recommended the Classic French Toast which was delicious. I also got the Cappuccino that comes with a French toast piece and it was the BEST part of my experience. It was soooo good that I got a second one!

My friends and I wanted a a nice little brunch so we came here and HANDS down the best cafe I’ve been to in downtown Miami. The service was on point and never left us wondering where our food was, drinks were always filled. Simon was our server and he always checked on us and answered all our questions. Adam the manager also made she that we felt welcomed and happy with our service. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Excellent experience for a birthday brunch today! We tried the burger, breakfast crepe burrito, lox on a toast, lobster eggs benedict, and the blueberry pancake. The food was absolutely delicious. We did order some drinks which we returned because they felt almost like mocktails, very juicy and no alcohol. However, I an excited to return again due to the fantastic food and great service. Only pictured: the lobster egg benedict and my capuccino

Amazing food and service, from the host stand to dining. The atmosphere was great including the live music that matches the Miami vibe without being obnoxious. We ordered the blueberry pancakes ( which was plenty to share and would recommend to split it if you don't need a whole plate of sweet) and the Ben's favorite omelette (which was a perfect combination of slicked turkey pickled onion and avocado... I almost did not order it, and I was very happy I did), along with the French toast cappuccinos (which were on the sweet side, if you're into that sort of thing, my wife loved it but I'll likely go the cappuccino next time and sip a bit of hers) with the help of Simon who also provided us with some humor. This has easily become one of my favorite places in all of Dade / Broward county.
