One of our most favorite neighborhood spots - the food is amazing & very well priced. BEST pancakes in Miami hands down. When we come we tend to try different things off the menu and nothing has ever disappointed . Vibe is nice, on the corner of a more quieter part of Wynwood which we love. Highly recommend!
Food was really good! We recommend the pancakes since they were fluffy and big. Looks like all pancakes are good. The omelette (miam omelette and the regular) were good and fries were seasoned and paired well. Coffee is normal but definitely come for the food. Rixi came to help with dishes so that was nice. Can get a bit busy with limited seating so plan ahead
I originally came here for the aesthetics after finding this cafe shop through instagram. We ordered the tropical chia jar (9$), the miam omelette (16$) and tres leches panckes (15$). The portions of everything are super generous. The pancakes look fairly small in their instagram videos but are 2x - 3x as big in reality. The inside is super fluffy and moist. The whipped cream goes well with the leche as it balances out the sweetness. The topical chia jar is fairly unsweet but a great balance from the sweetness of the pancakes. We took the chicken omelette and they were generous with the protein. It was filling and favorful. The owners/employees saw that we were taking a lot of pictures and offered us a free lotus & dulce de lech pancakes (we are tourists who are into food photography so this post was not sponsored in anyway and is our own opinion). The texture and flavor of the lotus made the pancakes really enjoyable. The service was really quick as well. Overall, we had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone who is in the area (walkabale distance to wynwood walls).
Loved this place! Food is great for the price and so cute. Portion sizes are pretty big. If you’re looking for a place to have brunch and take cute pics with your friends, this is it!!! Shout out to Yasmine for the amazing service <3 Thank you!
Let me start off by saying the food is great. However the Wynwood location is far too busy and they are understaffed. It’s in Wynwood Miami so street parking as per usual. The seating is on a first come first serve basis with no table service. As soon as you walk in, copies of the menu are there for you to grab next to the line. The line can get long and sometimes it’s out the door. I got there with a group of friends around 12:30 and it was packed like a can of sardines which is a good sign. We sat outside at first but then I saw a table inside leave so we rushed to grab that table. The line took about ten minutes to get to the front. Places my order and was told it will take an hour to get the food out which was understandable. Food came out after about 40 minutes. Coffee had no sugar so they will give you packets of sugar or creamer so I would not recommend the any of their coffee. The pancake’s definitely did live up to the hype. The breakfast burrito wasn’t seasoned at all but it came packed full of ingredients. The salmon avocado toast was decent but nothing special. I would definitely come back for the pancakes but nothing else. I wouldn’t come to the Wynwood location because of how busy it can get so I will be trying the other locations.
Definitely lives up to the hype!
Delicious food, big portions, very affordable. Amazing option in the heart of Wynwood, would come back every day.
Waited 45 minutes for an omlette and asked about it multiple times to multiple people and finally gave up and asked for a refund. Will never return.
UPDATED
Almost immediately after I voiced my displeasure I was contacted and asked about my experience and ultimately offered a complementary meal. They were actually quite busy today, but took care of me quickly and efficiently and for that I'm very appreciative. I will definitely be back and highly recommend MIAM.
The food was absolutely delicious and the Lotus pancakes out of this world. The service is not the best and the cleaning of tables is very slow. You may sit at a table and wait for about 10 minutes before someone cleans the table. They definitely need more staff to help serve.
The pancakes are to die for! Thick, fluffy and delicious. The coffees were great and so was the breakfast steak. Only reason I didn’t give five stars was because the seating is tight and limited. So people awkwardly stand around you waiting for a table while you’re eating.
Food was extremely delicious!!!!!
We got the tres leches pancake and also the guava and cheese! They were so fluffy and thick, ayyy lol.. but yes they were so fulfilling and tasty. Personally, I couldn't tell you which one I liked more, they were both so mouth watering with 2 completely different taste. I love the saturation of the tres leches and I love that the cream cheese balanced the sweetness level of the guava. It was all just really, really good.
In addition, we got the shrimp saltado Omlette which came with home fries.. to our surprise, it was seasoned pretty good. The shrimp was tender and not too chewy and sauce they used on the eggs complimented the meal.
We HAD to get from their bakery too! Lol we got their Cheese cake, apple cake, guava and cheese croissant and their dulce de leche crossaint. They were all very savory and tasty. The cheesecake was my favorite, then the dulce crossaint.
I'd recommend the trip, it does get packed real quick and that's why my service was only 4 stars. We did wait a while to have to place the order then a tad longer for it to come out.
Overall, it's an awesome spot. I already recommended it to s few friends.
Let me start by saying that the food there is so good and so fresh love their pancakes I never had pancakes this fluffy before.
The downfall of this location is that it’s too small inside way too crowded and to dark in half of the restaurant.
There was no light where we were sitting at. Also There was a lady in a wheelchair had to wait outside because it was way too crowded inside
We had to wait in line about 20 to 30 minutes to take my order and then another 15-20 minutes for someone to get up from the table from inside . I was noticing people standing around tables me thinking they were friends just that didn’t want to sit but no these were people waiting for the people from the table to get up so they could take the tables. How uncomfortable is that while you’re eating there’s someone standing over you waiting for you to get up.
The another downfall that there’s only two people working the floor so when you ask them that they’re missing food, they ignore it. I asked the lady three times that I was missing some food that at one point she just decided not to come around my table.
There’s enough parking spaces
I know they have other locations. And I’m not saying that they’re all like this, but this one was a little bit too small for me.
Giving them a 4 stars because the almond crossiant was stale. It tasted like it’s from the previous day or two and they just sprinkled powder sugar to make it look more appealing in the glass. Do not buy any pastries from the glass!!!
Moving on to the pancakes. The pancakes was amazing. I had the tres leches and the mimosas was also great. The pancakes was super filling. The area is also great because it’s so much to do such as seeing the murals and try other places such as popsicles or even coffee shops. There is parking in the area during the weekday.
Beautiful pancakes! The whipped cream is amazing. It was a bit loud inside, but there is plenty of outdoor seating. The eggs and potatoes weren’t special. Splitting recommended, because portions are huge! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Wow. New favorite coffee shop in miami. Had the omelette, the breakfast burrito 🌯 (one of the best ever!). The pancakes also were great as were the coffees. And the salad and crispy potatoes that come on the side are exquisite.
The pancake hype is real. We ordered the oreo ones and they are very yummi. I think they should bring more toppings (oreo and condensed milk) because the pancakes are VERY fluffy and big, and there’s not enough topping for the entire stack. The staff is nice and friendly, especially, Yirandi, who kindly helped me with a small mistake on one of my plates.
My cuban sandwich was just ok. A bit of an insult to the real thing, as the Miam version is made with “singles” cheddar - que nos pasó????
Now, be ready for some serious wait time. If you are really hungry, you will scale up to hangry. The place was packed, and although we got a table fast, we had to wait over 30 minutes for out food.
There’s no table service. Orders are made and paid at the counter, then you get a number. Tables are first come, first serve.
