We went for brunch and we were seated next to the band which was playing loud music. We asked the hostess to reseat us away from the music and she politely complied. After that we had a great experience! Excellent food and service! We liked the idea of food carts passing by and you picked what your heart desired. We called it the Latin version of Dim Sim! Every thing we tried was delicious. The outdoor area is beautiful with great views. I definitely recommend this restaurant and I can’t wait to go back!
A great brunch experience. Very European so don’t expect eggs Benedict or waffles or any traditional brunch items. It a 5 course European brunch work the experience and the dessert room at the end is to die for. I highly recommend it!!
Be prepare to be mesmerize with the view first , then with the service , the people the work at this restaurant seen to be always happy , extremely polite , very good service , now about the food , well my fish was excellent , the steak was very good and the dessert was amazing , the flan and the Merengue were incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant but make sure you have. Reservation.
The setting is directly on Biscayne Bay. Modern and comfortable as well as spacious and Buzzy. Food is fusion of Latin, seafood and modern fusion. Starters and sides are all great but you can always order a main course if hungry enough. We loved it all.
Amara is gorgeous and delicious but most of all, the service was truly excellent. Very nice and professional people from the valet to the hostesses to the servers to the cart people - rare in Miami! $30 bottomless prosecco at brunch is a great deal, too.

Loved Amara, have had the pleasure of running here for dinner and brunch. Exceptional experience on both occasions. Sunday you can catch the Latin sensation band Palo playing live, while you enjoy a delightful meal and the view is sensational also.

Great ambience, situated on Biscayne Bay. Service is always excellent, with the selections well presented.
The cuisine has a Latin flare and very delicious. I have been there for both dinner and brunch and both times I have been impressed with the cuisine and the music.
The food carts were spectacular. Food, drinks and service superb. Amazing view
The food was amazing as well as the view and service.
A must to visit when in Miami!
Breathtaking views and amazing food! A must to visit when in Miami Great ambiance. Will come back.
The view is unbeatable:) We had lunch. The appetizer and dessert were delicious, but the main dish was super salty. I had the fish from a special lunch menu. Overall, we had a great time!
Came here for my bday dinner - definitely recommend for an occasion. We sat outside where the view of the water was lovely. There's a nice little walkway so I took some dope pics there.
The short rib empanadas were a great appetizer to share (we got 3). So flavorful and set the tone for our meal.
I had the snapper which was AMAZING! It says shareable but I had it just for myself (I shared some of it for them to try) but it was moreso my entree. I took my leftovers home which was good the next day.
My friend had the short rib which melted in your mouth but I do think the presentation was lacking especially because it was $5 more than my fish lol those 2 dishes really aren't that comparable. They need to up the presentation of the short rib or add another side to fill up the plate. My mom had the chicken- no complaints there.
We shared this sweet potato side which was very interesting. Didn't make well for leftovers due to the cold sauce atop and too filling for one person so I recommend sharing it.
The drinks were... ok. Id recommend ordering wine.
I had a complimentary birthday tiramisu with a sparkler which was the perfect end to the evening.
I'd certainly return!
The snapper ceviche was very spicy which I loved. The atmosphere was great and the restaurant was quite busy. I would recommend reserving a table ahead. There is also indoor and outdoor seatings.

We have dined here a couple of times over the last year and it has been consistently good. The special collaboration dinner with Caracas Bakery was a very fun experience. Weather permitting, I’d strongly encourage to eat outside, beautiful views!
I visited this restaurant with my coworkers, some tried the 3 course menu, some tried ala carte. I tried the amara burger with fries which was delicious. My associates tried empanadas, yuca cheese puffs with truffle, ham croquettes, salmon salad.
The hospitality was nice and friendly.
The food took a while to arrive, perhaps because we were in a rush lol.
Will definitely come again.
If you go at night, ask for outdoor seating overlooking the bay.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Fantastic wine selection with an in house Somm on staff to answer any questions.
We did the Miami Spice with the wine pairing. Lamb Shank was delicious! Everything was outstanding!
Great value! I have read reviews about valet parking issues. It's not an area that offers many parking options so Uber it like we did or do valet. Valet charges are on par with other nice restaurants in Miami.
It doesn’t get better than Amara at Paraiso. This is a sophisticated, elegant, fine dining experience with exceptional staff, atmosphere, food, and drinks. The menu is diverse enough that you can make it a casual dinner, fancy date night, or hot spot to splurge with friends. The view on the water is unmatched. Every detail is impeccably curated and nothing has been overlooked. Your dining experience is their number one goal.
We started at the bar and then moved to our table outside. From the moment you enter the restaurant you already know you’re going to be well taken care of.
Amara is a magical place that will leave you feeling like you received much more than just an amazing meal in a breathtakingly beautiful setting.
Amazing service! Our server Kyle was terrific, super knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful with the menu and recommendations! Rooftop seating has a wonderful view! Overall food was ok, good but a little too expensive for what it was.
First time trying Amara and it was great! We were seated outside, the view was spectacular and the weather was perfect. We started with one dozen oysters, the ginger mignonette was delicious. We had the smoked fish dip, wish was great & the right amount of smokey. The “golden hour” drink was also perfect, if you like spicy drinks this is the one! I had the whole chicken and my friend had the grilled snapper. Both were good. The chicken was amazing, I didn’t even get a picture lol. Both dishes were the right amount of everything. The only thing I would say would be the service. Our server was great and energetic, but it seemed she had been sat multiple tables simultaneously, some of which were large parties, which hindered her from providing the service we could feel she was most certainly capable of. Other than that I would definitely return and also recommend.
Great food, beautiful views and excellent service. We were a party of 8 and our waiter was so kind and patient with us. Will be coming back!
Only complaint would be the bathrooms, they were not very clean but there is always room for improvement!
