Good place, it's chill, it has a comfortable outside sitting. Good location. There's shade if you're outside. The sun won't hit you in the face. The food is good. I enjoyed coming here. Just a little bit pricey.
Good place for relaxing in Miami design district. The food is nothing special but it's expensive, probably because of the location.
Excellent experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted by employee, seated and drink order taken. Excellent menu, excellent taste especially my special coffee. The team is very friendly and helpful.

Love the food here especially for lunch! And the pastries are amazing! The outdoor seating area is lovely. Also I love coming by when Michelle is working she's great at giving recommendations if you have food allergies and always welcoming. Both her and Ashley always have a such a positive attitude. I always leave feeling satisfied.
I was there yesterday and loved my cappuccino. Staff was awesome, forgot the name of my server but she made me amazing coffee. I also had the most freshest and moist donut ever. I generally don't like donuts, this one was amazing though. Highly recommend it.

Visited here and got an iced coffee along with a muffin, and I must say that both treats were delicious! The coffee was the perfect blend of coffee, cream, sugar and syrup, and the muffin was sizable, moist and delectable. Also, the staff were quick to prepare these treats and ensured that they were prepared to my satisfaction. I enjoyed my time at Ella and will surely re-visit there when I’m back in Miami.
I had a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel, an ice coffee and a nutter butter and absolutely loved them all. Although the morning was a bit busy, the staff was pretty quick in preparing the customers' orders. The customer service was on point! I'll definitely be returning when I'm back I'm Miami

Very good food and friendly service.The staff was extremely friendly, from the 1st day walked in by myself they made me feel right at home. Everything on the Menu and especially the Coffee is always well made. Would highly recommend to anyone .
Cute place to have a delicious lunch in Design District! I had the turkey sandwich and the mayo in there tasted like HEAVEN! Plus, staff were very welcoming and brought my plate while I was seating outside on the terrace.

Amazing place. I go 3-4 days a week to get my morning tea and breakfast and then I spend a few hours working. Everyone is so nice especially Peria and Alex. This place is highly recommend and be sure to try the breakfast sandwich.
Had a ricotta toast with tea. It was quite good and big size. Bread is good, cheese and jam. It would be ideal to have proper plates and cups when eating in the place, too much waste.
