When I first walked in, one waitress didn't want to seat us because she was waiting for a coworker. People started to pile up in the front until someone demanded a manager. The manager came out the back and seated all of us. He also took our orders (at all five tables where he sat everyone). The manager was welcoming and friendly. He made sure the workers served everyone, and he checked on each table to ask, "How was your food? And Do you need anything else?". The food was good. The chicken tenders and broccoli were quite small. The chicken tenders were a bit overcooked. The eggs and bacon were correctly cooked and tasted good. However, the best thing was the Belgian Waffle; it was big and delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my visit.
Incredible service, hospitality, food. Hector Martinez, Manager was hustling cleaning tables, sitting customers, oh man he was all over. Never have we witnessed this in any IHOP. We are visiting from Los Angeles, this place deserves 10 stars for customer service! Bravo Hector, Joalys and crew!

Decent place for breakfast! They should keep the Wonka special forever because it's better than most of their pancakes - cinnamon roll pancakes (4.5/5 - it's a bit too cinnaminy), NYC cheesecake (4/5), and the classic are all great. Service is also great - I've usually been sat immediately without issues.
IHOP pancakes are hard to beat! You know it's not good for you, but it's soooooo goooooood for you! This location looks new, or at least renovated. Great experience overall.

We had a delicious and speedy brunch here on a stormy Wednesday morning. Our server Nelson was friendly and efficient, and made sure we had a clean table and enjoyed our meal. My waffle was fluffy and crispy, the coffee was freshly brewed. I'll definitely be back. 5 Stars!
Lucy was our server and she was amazing! The place was clean. The food was delicious. We had a large group of kids and she treated them so well, the kids had a blast! We loved our visit and will definitely come back.
Came here with my family around 9pm for dinner. The food was good but the service from Kathy was top notch. My 8yr old daughter stated how nice she was and said she should be the manager of this place. I do have to agree with my daughter. Kathy was doing multiple jobs and was still very attentive to her customers. I hope management sees this review and recognize what a gem they have.
Kathy was the bomb. From taking our order to bringing our food out in a timely manner was on point. She also had a positive excellent attitude.
The were only two waitress working, slow service and this was the second time i visit the place and to be honest the same thing, when I was ready to pay well the system went down so I pay with cash.
Hopefully they will improve the service.

This year I had Winter Wonderland Pancakes. First they were so pretty I didn't want to eat them. The blue had a swirl that looked so magical π. Yes a kid at π. Every year when they have them I eat the Grinch pancakes. This year IHOP did not disappoint. The buttermilk pancakes never lose its great taste. It's just added goodness. Love it!
About the service.... 7:30 a.m. at a 24 Hr IHOP on Christmas Eve the service was not that great in the beginning. It was not busy or crowded. Actually no one was really there. But there was no host to greet us for almost 5 minutes. Then the workers were loud talking and cursing each other in the back. Very unprofessional. And I prefer to not have angry people cooking my food. Still loved my pretty and good pancakes.
