Had a bad experience at the counter. Waited for 5 minutes before the cashiere arrived and she was not friendly. The cleaning lady was very rude and gave us the order to sit on the high chair table. My girfriend was wearing a dress and was not able to sit there.

Pollo Tropical is a great place. I am the only person who doesn't like the bean. Everything is good. It has a drive-thru, and it may be a wait but worth it.

If you like chicken this is your place cheap and good taste the food is fresh just cooked in front of you, you can take it in or you can take to go

Only had this once but the bowl was great and priced reasonably for what it was. Over all pretty healthy with the beans, rice, chicken cilantro and avocado. I’ll definitely get another before I leave town.
Well a year later i had to edit my review to say that manager Ormani is very kind and professional, when he's working i always feel confident that my food will come out 👍 👌, keep it up the great work!
