The place was cozy and warm, I love the tea. The waitress was very nice and the plates was great, we love it the Montecristo sandwich is a combination of flavor sweet and salty.đ
Enchanting place, great for weddings venues, so magical, so. Beautifully decorated, affordable prices, lots of food, good variety of plates to choose, clean, very busy.
Parking was a bit of a problem. If you don't catch someone leaving a close in spot you'll likely have to park in their overflow lot, a grass area about a quarter mile from the restaurant. A refreshing little walk to whet your appetite, as long as it isn't raining.
The food was excellent and they offer a variety of beverages, despite the name. They were quite busy when we were there but the staff was generally attentive and never lost their smiles while rushing back and forth. At least one more server would be helpful. With the large crowd navigating to the exit required a bit of patience and politeness, as we had one member of our group in a wheelchair. Everybody was helpful and understanding, really nice folks.
All in all this is worth the drive south for a visit, more of an experience than just a nice place to eat.
Wow just amazing from being greeted , food, service, drinks & prices!!the place was beautiful our waitress Raul & Vivian were top tier made us feel like at home. I definitely will be coming back!
Raul & Vivan were absolutely the best. Not just them but everyone was greeted with respect and humor. The food was great for the price. Definitely the wait was worth it.
It is a pretty tea house, lots of beautiful china and displays, because the weather temperature was high I enjoyed a wonderful Arnold Palmer with assorted scones and mini sandwiches, I highly recommend this place!
Our waitress Jocelyn was amazing. We had a big group of 13, and the service that they provided was perfection.
The food was amazing.
Will be back for sure.

Iâve been here about twice and each time, the staff are friendly and the food is great! The location is a bit of a tight space but itâs greatly decorated and there are tables outside. If you get there early, you will find parking!
Such a cute place with a vintage vibe through the whole decoration of the rooms! The food was good, soecially the chicken wings that were incredible and also the cakes were amazing - make sure to order the carrot cake!!!!! The service was very very good but in the beginning we had a rough start with the hostess that seemed a bit desorganized and was not very helpful or even nice, but after the waitress and the kitchen assistant that helped us were impeacable! Good to go every now and then
Fun place, little pricey for food that was ok. You're paying for tradition and atmosphere. I do think they're riding on their reputation some. I've had real high tea, just lunch for this visit. Shabby sheik is the best description here.
Plan accordingly and be aware it's a popular place and be patient might require a bit of a wait but it's totally worth it.
My daughter recommended this spot from some videos she saw and although it took us a few hours to get here and we loved it.
The food and the ambient was delightful. The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and were nice to modify an order for my little picky eater.
It's a beautiful place for special occasion or just a breakfast like we did, inside might be a bit small and it can feel crowded so consider that too but totally worth it.
I absolutely LOVE coming to the Tea Room. The service is SPECTACULAR! From the moment you open the door, you are surrounded with cute antique items that are ALL for sale. Yes, everything. Every dining room they have has a different touch and I love it. Perfect for lunch, brunch, tea time, etc. Everyone is so welcoming and sweet. I come every week with my mom to have their AMAZING French onion soup. Love love love!!
Weâve come here several times. It never disappoints. We came on Friday afternoon for my daughterâs birthday. We arrived about 2. There was a 15 minute wait. The rooms are very inviting and everything is beautifully decorated. They could probably upgrade the chairs a bit. Theyâre not the most comfortable but the ambiance is perfect for tea.
After we were sat my husband and I ordered a pot of the goji berry tea. My daughter got a cup of Indigo punch tea. And my other daughter got the Sur La Lune. They were able to have 2 cups each from their servings.
My daughter and I both wanted the lobster bisque, but they were put, so we ordered a cup of lintel soup. It was really good. I was very happy with the choice. I ordered the Cobb salad. Itâs a little different from most- it doesnât have bacon or avocado on it. But it was huge! I must have only been able to eat 1/4 of it.
My daughter ordered the steak medium/rare. It was pretty rare, but she really liked it and took half of it home. My other daughter ordered a chicken Cesar salad. It was good. She also took half of it home. My husband ordered the southwest chicken wrap. For some reason his meal came out quite a while after ours. Thatâs one thing I really donât like- when a restaurant doesnât bring everyoneâs food out at the same time. I hate having one person sitting at the table without their food. It was at least 5-10 minutes before his food came out. He liked it and said it was good. It came with fries, which were okay. He didnât finish them.
Altogether our bill was $104 before tip. I would give 5 stars, but the staff should always bring everyoneâs food out at the same time. They also didnât answer the phone when we tried to call before coming. But we will be back. Itâs nice to walk around Cauley Square after your meal. Itâs a beautiful area.
Such a cute atmosphere and a great little place for any occasion. We didn't come for high tea but the menu options looked great. There's an option for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans at this spot. The vegan options are more on the lunch menu as opposed to the breakfast but they have a few options to choose from. The portions are generous and the French onion soup was so good. The French toast didn't need syrup because it was seasoned so well. I didn't care much for the omlette and the poached eggs didnt have a runny yolk, but it was still yummy overall. We came on a Wednesday afternoon and had no wait time.
I had my baby shower here last weekend. It turned out lovely! The service was impeccable. The Maria Antoinette room was spectacular! My guests had a great experience and couldnât stop talking about how beautiful and unique the place was. âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸
The food and service are excellent. If you are into traditional "tea service" then you will love this place. The seasonal decorations were really nice, it made for a really enjoyable experience.
Cauley Square itself is worth worth the visit. The Tea Room is no exception.
Hands down the best onion soup in town. Their tea options are wonderful too. Definitely recommend tea service at least once. And the weekly lunch options are well priced and proportioned.
The only "issue" is the hostess. She's not the friendliest but the rest of the team make up for it. I thought at first she was just having a bad day but after several visits we have realized she is just that type of person. So "don't take it personal" suits her I suppose.
Still giving 5 stars on account of the wait staff and management, they make up for her out of place and poor demeanor.
Also, the tea service has to be booked in advance.
Fist time and we are hooked. Everything we ordered was delicious. Our food took a while because something happened in the system they put the order, but mistakes happens, and we are humans. Our waiter took care of us, and the lady named Vivian was so friendly and nice, she made us feel like casual guests. Great customer service. I will definitely go back.

One of my favorite Tea Rooms in South Florida! In this visit I chose fried wings and ate it to the bone. I normally come here to enjoy there sandwiches and hot teas like Poisson (Rooibos), but since it was a nice hot summer day I enjoy some amazing comfort frid chicken with a freshly made Arnold Palmer. If your looking for historic dinning experience, that have real peacocks walking around outside, and easier on your pockets with many affordable options Tea Room is the experience for you. Plus they are right in the center of Cauley Square. If you never been there before I promise once you enjoy a nice afternoon there you will 'always' come back.
