Classic soft-serve ice cream joint, includes a bunch of tubs filled with around 20 flavors (maybe more) of "hard" ice cream, sherbets. Sauces are the usual, my favorite is hot fudge. Bins for serving scoops of candies, sprinkles etc. abound. Service is prompt and courteous. Be careful of crowding--the place is tiny.
Amazing ice cream, great Service!!
Thumbs up!!
The best ice cream ever. Been going to this sabe spot for over 10 years. Now i take my kids.
Great ice cream and price.Of course, when only Carvel will do, this is the place. Friendly staff and great service. Fond memories of younger days. My sister always picked another ice cream place, but not me, Carvel is it for me.
This place is nostalgic. Its been around since I was a little girl but I think the ice cream got creamier overtime. Fresh toppings.. yum. Great ice cream.
So happy to get a little bit tasty ice-cream 😁
It was a cozy place to get some ice cream or sherbert. They attended us right away but was a bit too crowded inside for me. One person can really hold up the line when they are thinking of what they want vs you know what you want. Ice cream on cone, cup or waffle? The man couldn't decide for the breathe of him? Held up the line. Other than that shenanigans was enjoying our sherbet and watching through the window as the line grew longer. Take a deep look at all the different flavors..... taste them now...
Can't go wrong with the classic Carvel ice cream
Excellent Uber to go or ordering for pickup is a great option. Will keep everything nice and frozen for pickup. Excellent service, location is always stocked. Love carvel and this location!
I saw this in north miami, i stopped for a shake. After being inside i noticed i was here in 1979? Looked the same.
The store was nice and clean. The freezers were full of a variety of products. The people working there were very courteous and professional. I received a perfectly made milkshake float. 👍Very good! I would recommend this place.
Best soft serve ice cream around. Family owned, tremendous service 👏
This Carvel ice cream store, used to be located on West Dixie Highway, and a hundred and 29th Street. And they move down to the new location. 167th Street. This is a very old historic, ice cream shop. Ice cream is always fresh. Management is okay. Customer service is good. Restaurants available. Just a movie parking in the front, it's available. Prices are reasonable. Considering the quality of the high school is superior. Good place to take the kids, for an after-dinner treat. If you enjoyed this review, give me a thumbs up.
