My sister decided to dine at Panera Bread before we start our day. We ordered our food thru a computer and the transaction was very easy. Upon getting our food we sat ourselves in a table. It was kinda of dirty because someone didn’t cleaned up after themselves. We ordered the sausage, scramble eggs and cheese on a Asiago bagel, and a cappuccino. The food was delicious but the customer service was lacking. Needs improvement in that area.
Very convenient store in the area of Kendall. It is located in a very quiet place which really reduces the waiting time. Drive through is a good choice. I requested assistance choosing a salad and seems like the server couldn't offer a better choice. Pinnapple, blueberry, strawberry, mandarin, and pecans. I loved it. The soup was really good too. In the last few days I repeated my visit multiple times and of course tried different salads liking all of them (dine in & take out). Definitely good place for having fast food and one of the favorite choices for weekly scape.
I've been living under a rock. Never knew how great Panera bread was. I've been to a Panera bread before but never actually ordered anything. My wife and her friends love the drinks from here and the paninis.
I can say going to this Panera bread out of my own volition was a great decision. I took my time at the kiosk. As soon as I became familiarized with their salads, I picked one. The salad was fresh and tasty. However after I finished my salad I walked over to the kiosk and familiarized myself some more on the other menu options.
I will absolutely return and next time I'm choosing one of their healthy and tasty looking bowls. Less calories than the salads and more fiber and protein, also cheaper.
Loved the service and attention here. I was unaware that the kiosk wouldn't print out an itemized receipt, I asked the manager and quickly one was given immediately.
Free refills, free wifi and a quiet spot to concentrate on laptop. This location also has a drive thru.
Carla was awesome today at the counter cash register by helping me find something I can eat, delicious, and affordable to my daily work time at Panera Bread. Thank you, management, for having Carla. She is very sweet, professional, and bilingual.
Went for a quick lunch with a buddy. The place is well kept & clean. Good amount of space & seating for various sizes of groups.
It's a bit North for Me but if I'm in the area, I'd go.

My favorite Panera! The staff is always very pleasant and good. The food is always hot and taste exactly how it’s meant to. I truly enjoy everything about this location.
Loved it very modern and you feel like home when you sit down and very welcoming.The customer service was super good.I had some chicken noodle soup with bread and cold mocha. It was so good. I really recommend this place.
Hi, I asked to try your pizza and I found it delicious 😋 this time I varied my menu and it was excellent and the girl who served me at the checkout was very attentive and friendly ... thank you Panera for being my favorite

This is probably the Panera with the best service (And all Panera’s have great service). You always get greeted when entering and when leaving. There is someone taking the food to your table and always offering to serve you. Of course the food is fresh and delicious (Like all Panera), but the service always makes food taste better.
This Panera is going downhill fast. I use to love Panera Bread. No baking at all
