Best subs in all of Kendall! Their New York Streamer (USDA Choice corned beef brisket, pastrami & provolone) is to die for. All their ingredients are premium quality, great welcoming service and very friendly staff.

My favorite place to go when I'm hungry for a sub. I had the for dinner. They pile on the meat and veggies here. Nice sized sandwich for the price!

It was my first time trying Firehouse Subs and I’d say they will definitely be stealing me from Jimmy John’s. They subs are great and the options I would argue are far better than their competitions.
Their customer service was top notch too (they were quick and painless) I also appreciated the decor it was very interesting and overall welcoming.
The management and staff were professional yet courteous. I had a turkey bacon ranch hot sub minus the bacon it was great really flavorful. Check this place out they even have salad’s mhm.
I had the most delicious Pastrami Sandwich but the young lady behind the counter needs to wear a hair net I found a long hair in my sandwich😳if you’re working around food wear a hair net!!!

Amazing Catering Service! I just had to write a review about my experiences with the Kendall location. I've placed a number of catering orders for office events, and even a school booster club event, and Rafael (store manager) ALWAYS takes care of me. He makes it his personal duty to make sure my order is prepared perfectly and on time. His team at the store is awesome. The presentation and freshness of the food is always on point, and the delivery is never late. These things are so important to me because I'm ordering lunches for clients and upper level execs sometimes. I always know I'm making a great choice with Firehouse. But I need to touch again on how amazing Rafael is. I've never met a more pleasant store manager to work with, and honey, I have worked with them ALL from Homestead to Miami Beach. Even when I have an issue that is an inconvenience to the store and EXPECT to have an issue that I DESERVE, Rafael just makes it work. You can hear his smile through the phone and he often drives my orders to the office his self! What more can you really ask for?

RAFAEL. I've been ordering catering from this particular Firehouse Subs location for years. No matter how large the order, they always get it right and deliver ON TIME. Rafael is the manager/owner I believe and he's just the best guy to work with. Accommodating and professional. He's ALWAYS there to take my order. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious corporate luncheon. **Rafael, thank you for being so awesome, even in this crazy time the world is going through. 20 STARS!!!
Edit: I wrote this review after he dropped off food successfully for another luncheon, realized about 30 minutes later that I miscounted my people and had to order another 4 boxes of sandwiches to make up for it. Rafael to the rescue AGAIN...the man didn't even flinch, didn't make me feel bad about it and fixed my mistake in 45 minutes. I'm telling you, they're THE BEST PERIODT.
I was waiting for my mom that had a dentist appointment next to the Firehouse subs and the manager asked me what I was doing there and I said waiting for my mom but we might eat something here after she gets out of the dentist, so we did the service was excellent and so wa s the food 😋
First time eating here. Ordered the club sub and they forgot the bacon, but the sandwich was still very good. Helpful and friendly employees. I'll definitely be going again.
Great people here. The subs are good and they are made quick. They also have a freestyle coke machine so plenty of options to drink. Great lunch spot, quick and tasty.
