Food was freshly made and tasted great. Good size portions. The only drawback the application doesn’t work well when you want to redeem a free meal. I enjoy eating at Pollo Tropical 😉!!!
What can I say, Pollo Tropical is always reliable. Good food, good overall value for the money, good rice and beans, good chiken and pork. I consider it a fast food place, some people don't. But if you have a drive thru, you're a fast food joint. They are what I consider probably the healthiest "Fast Food" joint.
Kevyn is amazing! He remembers that I come after the gym, and what I usually order. He is kind, thoughtful, respectful. They ran out of sweet tea, and he gave me tea with sugar packets. He is a stellar person who makes it a pleasure to come to this delicious restaurant. I love the vegan picadillo and tea, as much as I love the marvelous service. They always get your order right. This is my favorite spot in Miami, thanks to Kevyn and your other amazing staff!

I ordered lunch for 23 people online yesterday for pick up at between 11am and 11:15am. The manager called me at 10:15 am, to verify a couple of the orders. She was polite and friendly. When I arrived at 11am, they were packaging everything up, and I was on my way in less than 2 minutes. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Great job, Pollo crew!!
Food is usually very good. They tend to make excuses when one wants a whole chicken all dark.
Though the food is served hot & fresh, it seems they run out of items quickly. This has been my 2nd visit and they ran out of the Cuban Bread to make their famous Chicken Cuban sandwich😪

Very busy , but the wait was short… extensive menu and new items all the time!!! Tables needed more attention and I noticed they were short on staff!! Food was very good, well seasoned and fresh!!!
