I came in without any expectations, I just needed to get a fast meal and leave. The experience, however, was much more and better than I expected.
All the ladies there were eager to enhance my experience. Very helpful and so very clean. There was an older lady who was cons
tantly cleaning and so polite. Not polite in a forced or rehearsed way, it was legitimate. The food was out of the Burger King menu, but tasted better. It was prepared with care.
I have been coming to this Burger King for years and tonight a young lady was so nice and kind. I really love when I find that kind of service, and her happiness is so contagious. Thanks for having people that makes your food more enjoyable.

Breakfast has yet to be a disappointment. The only thing is that they're a bit stingy on condiments. But always check your bag and ask for more..lol

I have been to this Burger King Quite a few times. When I come here in the morning the service is Outstanding. I have also been here in the afternoons and its a complete 180. They seem to not care , get your order wrong and truly lack in customer service. Hopefully it was just a one time occurrence
A great burger king. Once time I visited and I over paid while going through the drive thru. I was unaware at what I had done. The cashier stopped me from leaving and told me what happened. I was so moved by her honesty I gave it to her as a tip. Honesty and quick service has me visiting this burger king and only this burger king when I have the taste for it.
I love love the vegan impossible burger. It is so good. I highly recommend it. Customer service is always good here. The place is always clean inside and out. I love Miami 🤩
First experience ordering Impossible Sausage croissant. My first visit to this location. First time seeing this on BK menu. It was good. I prefer this to sausage sandwich. However, I had to wait 5 minutes to get order. I was told the wait was for the coffee. WORST COFFEE EVER. BITTER!!! THICK LIKE MUD!!! From bottom of pot? NO MORE!!!!!
Service here is a bit slower than you'd expect, but the cashiers we're friendly and made sure that orders were correct when they did come out. This location could fair from a renovation but the inside is still relatively okay for eating in if you're dropping in for a quick bite.
The food and service is generally good; they are honoring coupons till next month. It's clean and spacious. Wheel chair accessible, drive through or sit down. The staff is very polite and helpful.

It was great. I had a fish made like a whopper. My sandwich was hot and fresh - my husband had a whopper and it was just as good as my fish. The atmosphere was great calming relaxing and the staff were also great.
