I lived in this building for 2 years and my experience was amazing. Since I first contacted the property while I was out of State, Anne helped me out through the whole process and even after living there, she was always very communicative and helpful. All the staff members are amazing and generous.
I moved into the Yacht Club beginning of this year and I am loving it! Staff is helpful and friendly, access and package pickup is very easy and the amenities are beautiful. Looking forward to spending more time here!

The location is to die for and the views are amazing! It is super pet friendly and has some of the only grassy areas in Brickell. The apartments are very spacious and bright. My only complaint is all of the hidden fees. Make sure you know exactly what you are getting into when signing the lease. Oth
