My wife and I love living at Yacht Club at Brickell. The building is in excellent condition, the employees are all pleasant and the location cannot be beat. Being able to sit on the balcony with a drink overlooking the water is amazing. Plus you're only a short walking distance from everything from Brickell City Center to fantastic restaurants, shops, and parks. We're happy living here and would definitely recommend
I lived in this building for 2 years and my experience was amazing. Since I first contacted the property while I was out of State, Anne helped me out through the whole process and even after living there, she was always very communicative and helpful. All the staff members are amazing and generous. I can only express good things about the building and their staff. Will definitely miss loving here.
I moved into the Yacht Club beginning of this year and I am loving it! Staff is helpful and friendly, access and package pickup is very easy and the amenities are beautiful. Looking forward to spending more time here!

I love that the amenities are always available, clean and beautiful. Views are gorgeous, love that it’s dog friendly and the staff have always been helpful. There’s always some kind of work being done to improve and I love that. 10/10!
I have just recently moved in the a unit at the Yacht Club on Brickell Bay. I am so happy with my move, everyone from the reception, to the listing agent, to the maintenance team are very responsive and very helpful with any questions I have. All of my new neighbors have been super friendly, most people are wearing masks and being respectful of maximizing the number if people on elevators. Lastly, the views of the city and the water I get from my apartment are amazing, I really feel like I’m on vacation. I would really recommend anyone that’s looking for a spacious and reasonably priced apartment to check out any available units here.
I’ve lived at The Yacht Club for two years and just extended my lease for year three. The Yacht Club feels like home, I relocated from NYC in 2019 and I was lucky to find this property when I did. The location in Brickell is perfect, it’s not too noisy, it’s close to restaurants, nightlife and shopping. We have wonderful views of Brickell & Biscayne Bay from our apartments as well as the pool deck and gym. The onsite team is great, our Community Manager, Anne-Valery, has helped me with any issue that I’ve had and the service team (maintenance) is very quick to resolve other issues that have come up. I’m very happy to be here!
The location is to die for and the views are amazing! It is super pet friendly and has some of the only grassy areas in Brickell. The apartments are very spacious and bright. My only complaint is all of the hidden fees. Make sure you know exactly what you are getting into when signing the lease. Other than that, I absolutely love the Yacht Club!
We moved in just under a month ago and couldn't be happier! Our apartment is perfect - we love everything about it. The building amenities are great, too. The application/leasing process couldn't have been more seamless after working with the in-house leasing agent, Karla. She's the BEST! Looking forward to many great years here.
Very nice and enjoyable place... I came to visit here and really like the atmosphere.... The apartment are very nice... a really nice place to live. It would be nice to call this place home....
I recently moved into The Yacht Club about a month ago. The initial move-in was very easy and the entire staff, from the leasing office to the valet, was very helpful. The building is a little older than some others in the area but overall it is nice and the amenities seem well maintained. The residents living here always seem to be friendly which creates a nice environment.
Favorite part: The pool area is sunny and overlooks Biscayne Bay... how can you beat that?
Least favorite part: The construction across the street is pretty loud and can be heard for about 12 hours a day, however obviously not The Yacht Club's fault.
We have moved here recently, and we have been living on vacation every day. I mean, the amenities are amazing; the view is breath taking! The area is superb. I seriously feel that our building is better located than any other building on the block. it is literally right on the water. Our kids love it! The staff is AMAZING!!! Security is tight. Our best experience in Brickell by far.
