Great service when going to jimmy johns. Have been finding issues with delivery when ordering through third parties such as doordash. It results in long delivery times and issues. Manager has been very helpful in resolving issues and deliveries go well when calling directly to the store. Fast/Efficient/Good service when not using a 3rd party app to order.
Excellent Jimmy John's Location! Delivery is always fast, employees always friendly, order is always made correctly and tastes great! Decided to write a review because I ordered a sub online with a side of ranch. The location called me to inform me they were out of ranch and wanted to offer me a free side instead. That is excellent customer service, most places would not have even notified a customer if this happened. Keep up the great work!
I have ordered delivery twice in the past month. Both times my food was delivered within 30 minutes and the delivery person called to confirm my location (different people each time). The quality of my order is exactly what I have received from other locations - fresh food made exactly how I ordered it. I do believe the pricing is a bit high for lunch($18 for an original sub with cheese, soda, chips, and cookie), but that is indicative of rising food prices as of late. Luckily, it's enough food for two meals, at least for me.
Very polite clean and quick establishment. The sandwich maker is lively and quick on her feet. She gets your order right and ready in a fashionable matter. The delivery is on time and makes it easier to get what you want all while be in the comfort of your home or office .. I suggest this location to everyone!!

I enjoy coming to this location. I get in and out with an accurate order. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. It's the only spot in Downtown Miami I can depend on to get something quick to eat.
Never tried a Jimmy John's sub before but when I did it was the best . The bread and everything on it was fresh. The employees were awesome too!. They will be swing me often
I went there because they had a new sandwich called Smokin' Kickin' Chicken. It comes with chicken, avocado, onion, lettuce, provolone cheese, and peppers. You can customize your order if you choose to add items to it. The sandwich cost $8.59 plus tax. If you get the app, you can get a free sandwich for your birthday.

Good place to pop-in, have a quick lunch. Fast service even with lunch time rush. The general manager goes the extra mile for customer service!
Jimmy John's never disappoints. My first time at this particular one and the service is fast and friendly. I love the sandwiches at JJs, especially the veggie one. Yum!
