Went inside to order. The cashier acted like he didn't want to be there and was very slow. He finished taking our order and stood around. It took him 10 minutes to give me the drink glasses. They took a long time, the cashier grabbed the fries without washing her hands, without a mask, it took 15 minutes for a biggie bag because she was talking to the others and to finish the bad service she gave me the wrong order with what I didn't ask for... terrible serviceā¦. Drive through was wayy too slow. I cant even believe the wait time... I actuallt wished I would have timed it. With only 2 cars in front of me.... but I will say the food was fresh and hot
Drive-thru person was on cell phone tye entire time. Got orders right but forgot straws to huge orders of sodas.
Probably the worse service I've experienced ever. Extremely rude drive-thru cashier, needs to learn how to speak and treat customers, this person shouldn't be working here if she's not happy providing service to others.
Terrible location! Took 30 minutes to get my food, then the employees have terrible attitudes l, didn't get straws didn't get napkins and when I asked I got an attitude for no reason. Poor staff means poor management. I don't recommend this location. Every time I come to this location it's the same
