Gave them another chance because my husband loves Pizza Hut but why so stingy on the sauce it had practically no sauce at all they just can't seem to get it right I don't know what the problem is always a problem I don't want to have to go back to Domino's maybe you need to retrain your staff
This place has been the go to place for since I was kid. Ordering pizza and then renting a video at Blockbuster while the food gets done was a weekend past time. Blockbuster is gone but at least the pizza hut remains and continues with great customer service.
Placed an order online, store hours said it close at 8pm , placed the order at 7:30pm for delivery, 5min after I got the email confirming my order that btw it said 25-30min to be ready, they called from the store to cancel my order because they were close!! I said about the closing time and it wasn'
This was a lunch gift to friend and it was ordered ahead of time a few hours before and asked to get there at a specific time. Not only was it delivered as requested but the food was great. Keep it up please.

Worst customer service I have ever received. My pizza was delivered an hour and 45 minutes later as opposed to what the app was saying. I called the store and someone supposedly called " miguel" hung up on me not once but twice. Worst pizza hut in miami. Stay away if you know what's good for you.
I picked up my order and it was completely wrong, called in and told them to have it ready by when i get there. Once i get there they tell me that they did not do as i asked and basically ignored my request. I had to wait and extra 20 minutes. The staff is completely clueless and too busy doing noth
