Service is way to slow. I used to be a regular years ago. But the last 3 times I've been here have a horrible experience. Took 5 minutes to explain to the shift manager exactly what I wanted, he's Indian and could not understand. Waited way too long and the still got my sandwich wrong. Its Einstein
It's a Sunday and not many people are here. They decided to close the eating area, I've been waiting for about 15 minutes for a single food item, all of 8th street dunkins are terrible, go find a better one because you'll be late and be confused on what's going on too. Good luck

Severely incompetent staff. There is always something wrong with my orders here and service is very slow. Took 10 minutes for the cashier to pick 6 donuts for the person in front of me.

Arrived Monday (8/16/2021), at 5:00AM, the time they should open according to their store hours on Google, and there was no one in the store. Store was closed with old donuts still remaining on the shelves (visible through the front glass door). I knocked and stayed 5 minutes, but no arrived. Cust
