Really disappointed! Its the first bens pretzles I've gone to where I order a cinnamon/sugar pretzel and they failed to mention I have to dust it myself at a counter. Just wasn't the same since none of the sugar stuck to the dough and I basically had a plain tasteless pretzel without any brushed but

Honestly, I love the place. I enjoy the food and highly recommend that. I do not however, recommend the staff. I've heard them bad mouth customers within earshot of them on multiple occasions. Wish I could recommend higher, hopefully you're staff will be a little nicer and prove me wrong next time I

We always choose this location for snacks when shopping at Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets. They make very good Soft Pretzels here.

I was in Ben's on Saturday(Black Friday weekend), prezetel was hot and delicious! Staff was friendly yet proficient even though they were extremely busy! Cashier was friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this place!
