Reviews Steak 'n Shake

Only making this a 5 star review so it's actually seen! This is the WORST place ever! I'm currently sitting here waiting for the milkshake I ordered 45 minutes ago, just got the order of fries I ordered 45 minutes ago, which sat in the window for 15 minutes before being served. It took 25 minutes just to get a drink, and by the way, it's only my fiance and I in here. The service is absolutely terrible, and they just keep telling me "Sorry, we're short staffed", but there's two other people standing in the kitchen just talking and doing nothing. Almost every table in the store is dirty and covered in trash, the floor is sticky and covered in trash. It looks like the place hasn't been cleaned in a month. I'll never come back here again!!
