If I could give this DQ no stars, I would. It’s not hard to do your job and make what’s ordered correctly. Manager didn’t even care to try to resolve the issue. As being a manager at DQ, it’s not hard at all to try to fix the issue with a customer… Do not recommend one bit.

Dairy Queen is always better food than most. Drive thru usually moves rather quickly...

Stopped for a milkshake. Luckily the line wasn't packed during the time I stopped. Asked for a receipt and didn't notice til I got he that she charges me for a peanut butter something which is more expensive than the milkshake.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I recently went thru the drive thru to place an order and upon paying... Realized I didn't have my card in my wallet! After pleading I would go and find my card or cancel the order.... They told me to wait. They wound up GIVING me my order... Which was all of 4 bucks

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger deluxe, explained what I wanted on it. They just gave me a bacon cheeseburger, that's not what I was craving. But for a bacon cheeseburger, it was good.

Use to be a good place. Not sure if its lazy employees or what but it has gone very downhill over the past couple of years.

I really like this DQ Grill and Chill. My food is cooked exactly like I like it. It is very clean the people are nice the gal who took my order was new and the manager patiently explain to her how to override a coupon. the way that he treated his employee tells me that that's how customers are treat

Great food, fast in-person service, non-expensive items for a college student!
