Dairy Queen is always better food than most. Drive thru usually moves rather quickly...
If I could give 6 stars I would. I recently went thru the drive thru to place an order and upon paying... Realized I didn't have my card in my wallet! After pleading I would go and find my card or cancel the order.... They told me to wait. They wound up GIVING me my order... Which was all of 4 bucks but the kindness entailed in that act was so incredible I couldn't help but write a review. Thank you to the team at Middlefield dq for helping someone in a time of need. And I found my card! Very happy ending all around and the gesture will not go unappreciated. Thank you again yall. You are awesome!
I really like this DQ Grill and Chill. My food is cooked exactly like I like it. It is very clean the people are nice the gal who took my order was new and the manager patiently explain to her how to override a coupon. the way that he treated his employee tells me that that's how customers are treated and indeed we are treated nicely. 3/4/2022 this time and another time this week I was here the people are so friendly. The food is hot. The order is correct. The restroom is clean. The tables are clean and not sticky. They should get 11 out of 10 Stars.
