I came here a while back and found a hair in my ice cream, after being grossed out for a long time I came back today and yet again, found another hair in my ice cream. Will not be returning, I love cold stone but this has turned me off from this location.

This was probably one of the worse experiences I had at Cold Stone. For starters, the store floor isn't very clean. Showed up at 950 and store was already locked. Seems they always close up show up way too early. The children that operate the store are loud rude and dirty. Not a classy place at all. Owner should he embarrassed they let a bunch of arrogant little brats run the store

Stood in line for almost half an hour just to buy an ice cream cake. Only one person is working and it is so slow. We will be lucky if we get home before it melts. Would not recommend.

4 'like it' (small) sizes for $23. But, you get what you pay for! Super Delicious. Staff was very friendly and courteous. We'll be back to try new flavors next time!
