Wendy's has always been a favorite of mine. Their chicken is just the right amount of crispy, and their spicy chicken is actually spicy! Not spicy enough to make you want to down your entire drink, but also spicy enough to actually be noticed, a very welcomed surprise from a fast food establishment.
There were multiple employees in the back but none seemed interested in taking our order. It definitely took longer than it should have for fast food carry out. If I had been on my lunch break from work, I would've been late getting back.
The crew at this store are always awesome. I am never disappointed in their service. Ordering is quick, easy and always prepared accurately and they do it with a great attitude and smile. Love these folks. They deserve to be recognized for being one of the best stores, anywhere. I am a truck driver
For a Wendy's these guys were pretty good. I had one of those nacho burgers and I figured it would have been just slopped together but no it was perfectly layered. Lettuce crispy. The crunchy bits we're crunchy and good amount of sauce. Good job guys!
Haven't been to Wendy's in a long time. Very impressed by the quality of both Service (management and staff team) and the food at this location in Middletown Ohio. Restaurant is clean and well organized. The food was presented well on the tray with friendly service. Great taste and quality food the
Okay normally I don't have complaints with Wendy's but today was the first time I've had any major issues.

The staff was great and the food was amazing. It was really fresh the only problem I had was one of the beverage machines were messed up, other than that everything was awesome😊
