I go there everyday and have no problem with the staff or the food. Samantha is usually working and she is awesome. She has always taken care to double check our order and that is why I go there after 6 pm. I do think they need a new restaurant because that one has been there for like fifteen years with no upgrades.
Best burger I've had from this location since the early 2000s! Extremely friendly staff! Will definitely return! I went Thursday December 21st @ 10:45 pm!
They are short staffed big time. It took me a half hour to order and get my food.
Hey all of you, i was just there, and i sincerely want to thank each and every one of you! Hamilton doesn't have a Rally's anymore and working in Middletown right now, my family had to have it! Not only was the ENTIRE order right, but all of SMILED!!!! The gentleman taking my order made EYE CONTACT and spoke to me, kindly, with a smile, AND while doing his work! In the past few years, we've thought good service, and all of the other amazing attributes all of you possess were a thing of the past. Really, thank you all so much! PLEASE keep it up! You all make a difference wether you know it or not! ❤ we will definitely be back! YOU ALL ROCK!!!!!!!
Food and service were great but was shorted 6 apple pies somehow?? I will check my orders in the future.
The night shift supervisor was very friendly and polite not to mention his excellent service, and his positive attitude. You best believe I'm coming back for more.
A baconzilla combo will always hit the spot. It’s everything you’d expect from a rally’s. Greasy delicious food, questionable friendliness from the staff and heartburn the next morning.
