Last week we had a work party for about 30 people at Osa. Let me tell you, Osa provided the best service for a large group that I have seen in a while. From booking the reservation and confirmation process I knew I was in good hands. Once we got there the table was ready and our server Mike was on the ball all night, constantly grabbing everyone drinks and appetizers. The food was amazing, and the environment was fantastic! I’d highly recommend this place for any party, or casual dinner night out. It is a hidden gem, and I will definitely be going back! Thanks again to the staff at Osa for a great evening.
Wow! Best restaurant meal I've had in a long time. Excellent service, fun menu and amazing food. They bake their own bread and it was delicious. Two of us shared two small plates and then split a large plate - monkfish was outstanding. Portions are perfect. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
we went with are son and his wife and are grand kids it was awesome the best place we’ve been the food amazing 😉 my wife can’t wait to go back and ritcherd the owner and chef 👩🍳 also wait staff great 👍 so pleasant every one must try this place get in your car and go now
Absolutely incredible meal last night at Osa. Every single dish & bite was thoughtful and delicious. Excellent cocktail, wine & beer offerings. The space itself is absolutely stunning & inspiring- such a cool vibe. The entire staff rocks! I cannot wait to return. Go see for yourself & enjoy Osa.
I cant say one bad thing about this place about the food. Outstanding! Serioulsy. We had 8 courses, all amazing. My only complaint was they do not have an espresso machine, just french press coffee. While it was good, I always get a double shot after a good meal. Other than that, certainly ine of the best resturants in Middlesex county, if not CT.
If you are looking for New York level food in Connecticut make your way to Osa. The food was amazing and I tasted almost the entire menu and the space is so welcoming. The entire staff couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful, can't wait to go back.
If you're a foodie, an adventurous eater or just looking for delicious, inventive, locally-minded cuisine, RUN - don't walk to Osa. A veritable feast for the senses! A cool, hipster vibe permeates throughout the place, while a conscientious chef and team display their passion for unconventional - but exquisite ingredients in every dish!
My girlfriend Julie and I had dinner at Osa on Wednesday night, seriously one of he most memorable meals we've had in quite some time.
Every single bite is carefully crafted with locally sourced goodness. Each plate is put together with care and love. This place is on another level.
Try the monkfish (!!), carrots, new potatoes, the kale, the squash, and everything in between. Wine, beer, & spirit selection is marvelous as well.
Thank you, Osa! We literally can't wait to come back and do it all again.
Get the zucchini! Seriously. It was amazing! I loved everything about this place from the ambience to the shareable plate concept to the food itself. Bravo Osa!
Fluke was the best three bites of food I have had this year. Loved that beef heart and coppa di testa were on the menu. People need to be eating more of that deliciousness. Service was great not a single complaint about anything
So much care, time, and energy put in to every detail of this place from menu to service to decor. Everything was unique, delicious, and presented beautifully. So happy to have this in Middletown!
Wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, and the food is amazing. We had several items from the appetizer portion of the menu — the charred shishito peppers were our favorite! We will be back!
Everything we ate at the soft opening was so complex and balanced in flavor that it kept us ordering more. Not only did the food taste amazing, each plate that came out was just as beautiful as the last. Will be frequenting as often as I can to try out the ever changing menu.
EVERYTHING about this place is amazing. The food is creative, delicious, and executed perfectly. The service is amazing. Chatting with DJ, Julie, and Rich was an absolute pleasure. The atmosphere is so warm and comfortable. If you havn’t gone yet, get there, you won’t regret it.
This isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a beautiful down to earth dining experience with amazing food with unbelievable combinations of ingredients and flavors.
What a wonderful experience! Love the space and how it was designed. We tried just about everything on the menu and have to tell you all that it was amazing. Love how all the flavors marry together in each dish to make them outstanding. Try it, you will love it😊😊😊❤️
So happy to have this place on Main Street. The spot is perfect, the food is amazing, Matt Wick is a g.. totally exceeded our expectations.
Congrats to the everyone involved
Amazing food and atmosphere!! Love the wood look throughout and the beet infused drink was so unique!
Coming from someone whose worked in the industry for 16 years,
For starters, our bartender, Bren, made phenomenal cocktails and provided excellent service.
Secondly, the pickled mushrooms are a perfect started with the homemade sour dough bread.
Third, the duck breast entree brought tears to my eyes after the first bite. Absolutely perfectly cooked. Flavors out of this world.
10/10 would recommend. 10/10 will be back ASAP!
A friend wanted to try this place, I had never heard of it. 3 of us went and were blown away. Everything was incredible. Service, impeccable- to note it was a Thursday and not busy. The food, wow! Every single thing we got we absolutely loved. We all got different drinks. Split a salad, so good. Bread to start, this was not bread-but just about the best I have ever had with the butter they serve with. I am a vegetarian so I got the pasta dish. I am not a big pasta person, but I ate every last spec of it and can’t wait to go back to get it again. Friends had a steak and loved it. And we had a desert which was about the best I have ever had-they served it w warm cookies. This is my new favorite restaurant in Connecticut for sure!
I've never been disappointed by the food here. On my most recent visit, the chef made a special vegan dish for my girlfriend that was out of this world!
Plus, the cocktails are always unique and delightful.
Enjoyed this place. It was what I was expecting. Their menu is pretty small. I had a small plate, trout on toast. It was excellent. I tried a few red wines. My favorite was also the cheapest, the house organic red.

Do yourself a favor and go to OSA. Rich Garcia and team have absolutely nailed it. One of the best meals my wife and I have had in a very long time or ever for that matter. I don't know how they do it but each item we ordered off the menu was fantastic. To the point that you didn't think the next thing coming out could possibly be as good as the last... but it was. I can't say how impressed we were.
Great food and service. Had the duck breast and it was excellent. The waitress was excellent at drink recommendations. On the pricier side. It well worth it.
I went there with my girlfriend for the first time and everything was absolutely amazing going down to the food and all the way to service. Extravagant. We had a great time and I highly recommend it for anyone else that sees this review, if your looking for class this is your go to place 🤌
Been here several times, we love this place. Great place for foodies. Rotating menu, small plates, great mixed cocktails, craft beer and swanky atmosphere. Get the olives as a appetizer, they are excellent. Soups are also a hit.
Price to portion ratio needs some tweaking, especially pasta. The Tagliatelle Al Ragu, which is essentially less than 2 cups of pasta, some peas, and ground beef is absolute highway robbery at $28. I think this is just an oversight, however my recommendations to the owner or chef is to lower the price of this dish and other pasta dishes. If we were to compare, Grano Arso in Chester, CT has $29-$32 pasta dishes, but they mill their own grain, in addition to their homemade pasta which they specialize in.
When you order food online for pickup, they default you to a 15% tip, and you'll get charged for it if you don't readjust it. 15% is extremely high for takeout considering you don't receive table service, and makes a difference when you're takeout is $50+
