Fujiya Ramen - Middletown - Photo album

This is my favorite place to go! The food is amazing, the hostess is so nice, and I always leave happy! I tell everyone I know about this restaurant and bring all my friends and colleagues here. Nothing is better than a bowl of hot ramen on a cold day…or even a warm day. It’s my favorite place to go
So far, it is the best Ramen I've had in CT compared to Japan! Prove me wrong!! I am rarely in Middletown, but if I'm ever in the area, Fujiya Ramen is the go-to for lunch or dinner! It is great to be able to sit at the counter too!
We needed venue last minute change for my godson's college graduation party of 40 people and they did a great job the food was excellent ad we had a ball!!! Thank you for the great hospitality though out the whole night!!
I went on my lunch break and it was a rough exchange. The place had no lights on and I was guided to sit in the back. The broth was actually delicious but was barely luke warm, if not cold. Very disappointed! Came here recently for lunch as we were in the area and I thought to try it given the many reviews. I was with my 7 year old son and we ordered the juicy buns and a seafood udon figuring that should be enough for the two of us. The menu says there should be 5 buns, only 4 came. Wh
Pros: We came for the takoyaki appetizer which was delicious! This is a famous Japanese street food that we couldn't find anywhere else. Cons: The ramen did not have as many toppings as hoped for and not much flavor in the broth. I ordered the chicken ramen which was just... ok.
Service sucks, when we walked in the waitress was busy slurping her food. And didn't want to come up really when we asked her to make the Ramen spicy. I asked for soy chicken and she gave me meat instead without no consideration. And brought the check when we weren't even finished.
My partner and I ordered carryout for our wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely delicious! Ramen, gyudon, gyoza, bao, miso, karaage, curry, and mochi... everything was absolutely amazing and we had leftovers for DAYS!
