Horrible Taco Bell location around, employees smoking outside with wait line more than 20 cars in drive thru. This store management should consider checking what’s happening big hassle always at this location. Don’t stop here if you want real fast food from drive thru. Hassle Hassle waited 90 minutes and finally they closed with no food.

In the past year since Middletown Taco Bell has opened, it has been absolutely disappointing. The staff are not trained at all, they do not know how to make the food, my order always comes out incorrect and there is no proper customer service. This Taco Bell needs better management and Taco Bell corporate need to send better trainers to teach their workers on how to make the food. Every single time I order my food from here it is always wrong. Next time I will spend the extra 10 minutes to drive to the Taco Bell in Newark. I would say I am a Taco Bell kind of sore so I know what I’m talking about

Boycotted this location before. Thought new management would fix it.
Still the same problems. They do not put nearly enough ingredients in the tortillas.
Gave it one more try and ordered extra meat and cheese hoping to at least get enough of that. They charged us for the extras and then gave us crunchwraps so thin, you could feel that it was almost nothing but tortilla through the wrapper. I am not exaggerating when I say there was about a tablespoon of meat in there.

I had the misfortune of visiting Taco Bell the other evening when the young "ladies" behind the counter took the opportunity to mock and laugh at a young man who seemed to have special needs. It was not only unprofessional, it was unkind and uncomfortable to witness. I wish I had demanded to see the manager and report these little @!%$#÷@. Shame on them - and their food wasn't good either.

Ridiculous . No one ever answers the phone...Posters all over about the return of Mexican Pizza, but does not have the ingredients. Ordered 20 tacos for work, 6 had no meat in them. Poorly run..

The staff is nice, but I have yet to get a correct order when going through the drive through. They also don’t give me items I was charged for, which is incredibly frustrating.

First we went inside the store and started ordering on the kiosk then they said doordash only and told us to go the drive thru so we went through the drive thru and they told us that only mobile and door dash orders which make no sense

The food was delicious but they literally only had two employees in the entire building .Took over half an hour just to get our food. It took them 5 minutes to even take our order. They are seriously understaffed.
