This KFC was great! I took my disabled Mother there and they were very helpful and friendly!
I went in today (5/31/23) at around 5:15 I just have to say that the girl at the counter was so nice and friendly! And very helpful.
At a time when businesses are having trouble getting help, your Middletown RI location is so fortunate to have her!
She was a perfect representation for your company. I wish I got her name, I'm sorry to say that I didn't.

The staff was very polite helped me figure out what the better deal was on what I was ordering but it's fast food what can I say
KFC saved the day!! After spending a miserable day in Newport being rejected by countless restaurants saying they are not serving food, or have astronomical wait times we saw this gem on the way home. Now I have been to many KFC's and this was the best experience and the best staff with the best food. The chicken at this location was easily the best ever, not over cooked nor undercooked. Just the right amount of crisp on the tenders. The staff was so nice especially the gentleman working the register. Nothing bad to say, the colonial strikes again!
