It was a really good place and it was kind of pricey but you get a lot of food and it was just a really good place I would totally go back again
Best Greek food!. This is by far the best Greek place that I have found, they give you tons of bagglers as I call them (Fries that overflow into the bag), they are hot, fresh, and delicious. Try the Gyro, or a thick cheesecake shake.
My greatest lament is that I moved away from here, so its no longer 10 seconds to go eat here, so I have to go here less.
The food is really great, however I don't know if the wait is worth it...
No more tuesday dollar burgers. The service at this location is so slow, I waited more then 15 minutes to get a burger and fries and I was the only customer in the place at the time.
Yes, it is the same taste and quality as the University of Utah location but that still does not explain why the service was slow. Also, they are not offering the $1 burgers on Tuesdays anymore which is a big let down.
Classic, good, a bit slow. Dropped by the drive-thru tonight for the first time. I had heard good things about B&D but had wondered if was just like every other burger/greek place out there, though while good, are often greasy and not very good at either. (Only in Utah have I seen souvlaki regularly on a burger joint's menu.)
We didn't get much, just a junior cheeseburger for my son, a gyro for me, a large order of fries, and a strawberry oreo shake. The cheeseburger was excellent - soft, squishy bun (the kind with flour on top), the gyro was actually really good. I did wish for more tomatoes but the meat was super moist and tender, the pita soft, and the tzatziki was so much better than on other gyros I've tried. The fries were blah, and the fry sauce thick and too mayonnaise-y. The shake was excellent: huge, over-the-top, thoroughly mixed and full of toppings. I actually got strawberries in the shake.
As for the wait, it did take a while to get the food, but that's not a bad thing. I was just lucky to not have anyone in front of me. I felt a bit bad for the cars behind me though, because it was probably close to 10 minutes.
B and D burgers has the best milkshakes in Utah. They have at least 20 flavors to choose from and you can easily mix and match the flavors. We have tried as many as 3 flavors in one milkshake. Creations like Fudge cherry and cheesecake together have been winners. The shakes are the perfect consistancy. Thick and obver the top like a Dairy Queen Blizzard only with higher quality ice cream. The people are always nice and the price is very fair. The sizes are ample but not overly so.
