I'm so thankful for your location. As soon as I even mentioned Celiac Disease your employee immediately pulled off his gloves, washed his hands and arms, and put on clean gloves. Your whole line changed gloves and were very careful not to touch anything with wheat or gluten it in. I will be coming back for sure. I appreciate the knowledge and how to handle gluten free. Food is always good and the staff is super friendly. I ordered online today to be ready asap (~20 mins) and when I got there in exactly 20 minutes my food wasn't ready. First they apologized and said they had just been swamped. Then they showered me with gifts. They probably would have come cleaned my house if I had asked them to. Every business is going to mess up some of the time, it's what the business does for the customer to make up for it. Great job guys!
Went around lunch time and even though it was a bit busy the service was super fast! The staff was super friendly and the gentleman that helped me out even gave me some extra mango salsa! The chicken tacos with rice and black beans were super fresh today. Dine-in is open and there's plenty of seating!
I ordered the steak burrito with extra meat. It was phenomenal. I tend to go out to eat a lot with people from my work. I always love Costa Vida. The food tastes more fresh and authentic than some of the other similar restaurants. The staff is always super friendly and restaurants are clean. Great experience everytime.
We had a great experience at the drive thru Monday night, I'm so glad this location has one. Our food was prepared very quickly and I had a great time speaking with one of the employees, Tamara! Thanks for the delicious and filling dinner! And I so appreciate not having to get out of my car. 😂
Typical Costa here. Like 7 people working but only 1 waiting on customers. Wasn't an issue and the food was pretty decent. Photos are of aftermath.
Salads consistently taste better here. Staff are friendly. Manager Alan goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is top-notch. Really deserves at least five stars. They are great
