Reggie Harper is one of the shift leaders or managers at BK in the evenings and he goes out of his way to make sure the customers are happy. My order was found lacking and he promptly solved the problem. Thanks Reggie!! I'm a happy woman. No complaints here!
Went to drive thru and was cash or card right off the bat, I told them card and ordered. Back in 2019 I would review this as a 4 star. Since then though they have been hiring the worst crew for night shift. Went to the drive through waited 10 minutes no one ever came but could hear laughing and cutting up through the microphone. This had happened multiple times.
