I drove 45 minutes to meet with the ladies from my old Church, 4 total. Had a wonderful waitress and the manager stopped by to make sure things were moving along and that we were happy with everything. We were very happy.
The bacon on my blt&e was kind of raw so I picked the meat parts off for my sandwich and the rest, uncooked parts went home for a friend's dog. So it didn't get wasted. So the bacon wasn't cooked all the way, it wasn't the end of the world, no need to complain.
We had a very enjoyable luncheon. Thank you Milford O'Charlie's.
We shared a appetizer platter and fried tomatoes, they were great, we also shared their new dessert, the gooy one, way to sweet
Our waiter was fantastic at the Milford, Ohio state roure 28 location. Not sure of his name maybe Joe? Regardless we were there at around 4 pm . Very professional at his job and seemed to of loved his conversation with people. He was very accommodating to our needs. Excellent service.
I had the best visit today. The service and food were excellent and the sweet hostess even offered to take a picture of my daughter and I. Been coming there for many years and this was the best visit in a very long time!

I reserved seats for ~30 people for a going away get-together and a surprise birthday party for my dad. From initial contact with Barbara, manager to additional contact with Nicki, manager and service from Mindy, I saw nothing but professionalism. Thank you for making a special evening so great and for putting up with such a rowdy bunch.
We ordered take out this time. I got the ribs. They were very thick and meaty, barbecue sauce was awesome. We both got smashed sweet potatoes which were very good. My fiance' got the chicken tenders & ribs combo dinner with steamed broccoli he said was very good! I would highly recommend this O'Charley's Restaurant! If you go inside to eat I highly recommend a waiter too, his name is Greg he's an awesome waiter! Always gives you great service every single time!

Steak was fantastic. The asparagus however, was not trimmed. I thought cooks knew to break the woody bit off. Server was a bit underspoken, but nice and attentive. Very quiet when we went. Almost couldn't talk.
Really enjoyed after-church lunch with the family. Restaurant is clean. Variety of options is great. We LOVED Ryan, our server. He was immediately friendly, genuine, punctual and seemed like he genuinely took pride in his job.
The quality of the food exceeds the cost, nice atmosphere for a chain and the service is solid near the bar area. If you're looking for an affordable decent night out with the family this is a worthwhile place to go.
I picked up the order to go, they forgot our bread. One of the main menu items we love are the dinner rolls, but not a one was included. 😪
O'Charley's came through for us, they donated to our non-profit senior living facility and our residents truly enjoyed the food. Thank you again Barbara for your generosity.
Had to wait because someone called in/was late. Once seated things were good. Food is as great!!
Food is great sometimes the kitchen gets overwhelmed with orders and the wait times extend out.
4/23/22 Had dinner here today with a friend and enjoyed a great meal had the Fried catfish, shrimp,chicken tenders with FF and Coleslaw. It was fantastic and the bartender/server Missy was very personable and the food came out fast, hot and tasted great! Make sure you stop by and get a great dining experience.
Staff very accommodating. Too cold inside for cool and cloudy day outside, but when we requested air to be adjusted, it was immediately taken care of.
