I have eaten here more than I care to admit and have never had a bad experience. I think that speaks volumes.

1st time there food was very delicious. Reminds me of steak and shake but different in their own rights. Onion rings, amazing. Chili cheese fries awesome in flavor but a little loose/thin for me. Service-OUTSTANDING. I got the jalapeño buger, daighter and husband double bacon burger. Even though they are smash burgers (thin) you will get full. The bun ratio was perfect, mean it was super bready. The custards were also very tasty. Not super sweet either. Husband had tge turtle, daughter had the worms in dirt
Usually have a quick drive thru. Never had too many issues. Every now and then I'll ask for something added to a sandwich and sometimes I won't get the item still but that's not all the time. Love the fries and the cheese curds are delicious. Great shakes and desserts as well
I’m from out of town and I showed up here after a Reds game 4 minutes before they closed expecting to be turned down. To my surprise the manager and crew were incredibly nice, food was fresh and delicious, and never once felt rushed by the staff to get out of there. One of the best fast food experiences I can remember in my 30 years
Had the double steak burger and onion rings, they both were good, husband had his with the fries, I tried some of his fries, I'm not to fond of those skinny fries, they tend to be over cooked and too crunchy and they were. Also had their brownie custard sundae, it comes with chocolate custard, but I requested vanilla and it was great.
The food is always good. The service is much better than Steak N Shake around here.
The mens restroom is always clean, and smell decent. One of the best steak burger in Milford OH. And the fries.. OMG, they're so delish. I rather eat here than Burger King, or Arbys. And Hawaiian Delight Sundae is my fave (see picture).
If you don't eat pork but love hotdogs, this is the place to get them! They toast the bread and it's so good! I get mine with jalapeños and onion with mustard. The fries are seasoned just right, and they have fry dipping sauce that is so good. The sweet tea is amazing.

Customer service has really gone down hill since covid. Tonight my wife I went to grab a quick bite at Freddy's. I was blown away at the service we got tonight! Torey C was awesome! Food was great. 10 out of 10!
We have enjoyed the #1 Freddy's Original Double (w/extra pickles) several times now and its really good. We also tried the #5 Original Double Patty Melt, wow very good with the grilled onions & swiss cheese.
First time trying the original cheeseburger, we will try again.

Walked in was pleasantly greeted from the manager. He explained to me what kind of place they were asking what they were known for. He said they were known for their custard and their burgers. Then he offered me one of the new burgers which was a steak burger. I asked if he would make it exactly the way he mentioned it to me but instead of the tomato sauce that was going to be on it switched that out with 1,000 island. He asked me if I wanted to order a fries and I got a glass of water and one scoop of chocolate custard with some fudge on it. It was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this place. For those of you that like to go to Culver's cuz you really love their custard but there's no culvers around. If you see a Freddy's get in there, it is a great opportunity and really good food. For those of you that miss having a steak and shake around get into Freddy's. They have all the stuff steak and shake had but instead of the regular ice cream they have the custard so it's so much better. So much full of flavor and I'm telling you what the atmosphere was great. The place was clean. The bathroom was clean. The floors were kept up a nice. I'm telling you this manager has his act together. He's working on becoming the the district manager to train other people how to operate their stores in this area. This guy at this store knows the stuff and I tell you what he's going to make a difference in the community with this business.
Brenna was absolutely AMAZING!!! She greated us soon as we came in and then after we got our food she came made sure we were ok and didn't need anything. I definitely will be back because of her! Great job Brenna! You are awesome!
Was very impressed with the burger. I got the original double cheeseburger with fries and a turtle shake both were delicious. The French fries were not for me.
Great burgers, great fries. Only thing that could make it better is some cheese sauce for the fries. Loved the #2. Will get it again.
