We haven't had the best of luck with service or food at other restaurants lately. So we decided to visit your location tonight. Not only was the food pretty fantastic, I can honestly say that we had the best service we have had in a very long time anywhere. Please recognize Sean as an outstanding server. He was attentive even in the midst of a very very busy night. He is an asset to your staff and we will request him as our server on our next visit!
My family absolutely LOVES this Bdubs! We drive all the way from Lebanon to eat there! Their service is AMAZING! Food is always HOT and well sauced! Michelle is a great GM! Tricia is their best server hands down!
I've been coming to this bdubs for a while now (10+ years) and usually it's just ok. Service has been poor in the past and food won't come out hot but the last few times I have been the food and service have been great. Very impressed that this location has stepped up their game.
I went to this location for the first time and the service and food was awesome! Our server Eryn was really great! She took our order right away and she kept coming back to our table to make sure we were happy with our meal and to see if we needed anything! I will be going back!
This is our go to establishment. The local Cheers. We have been there with large groups and I've stopped in by myself and everything in between. Always treated like family. Great service, friendly faces and icy cold beer.
Just had a fantastic experience this evening. We had an allergy at our table (my milk allergy) and Mike the manager came over to our table to check in and because he was concerned I had made a possible mistake in ordering. He went into the back to check on each ingredient I had ordered in my wrap (I had ordered it without cheese or ranch or sauce) and came back to let me know that what I had ordered was actually safe. He had been concerned regarding the breading on the chicken. Definitely a great feeling, knowing that they are really looking out for their customers! We already loved B-dubs, but now it will be top of our list when deciding to eat out!!
We had a great time. Waitress was the best. Also manager stopped by table to make sure everything was good. Nice touch.

I came in on wednesday december the 13th with my family and our waitress a young lady named Alli made my experience one that will guarantee that i return again and again oh the food was absolutely divine and the myriad sauces were wonderful people do not go and waste your time on a fast food for chicken go to an expert come here
Food was good, exactly what we were expecting. Our server was under some stress, he had a lot of customers to cover including a table of about 10. Atmosphere was typical of BW3, a little loud but it was crowded. Only complaint was the TV right in front of us had a cooking show on. Not very entertaining.
Not busy, waiter was great, personable. Explain how the app can get you free food and discounts. Explain happy hour prices. Clean, large parking lot.

Stopped in for a beer and watch the ball game. Atmosphere was pleasant and the service was good.
The "hot and fresh " service has really worked in getting food out faster. Service was great and very helpful in using the app and redeeming my rewards.
Sam at the front is the always so nice, as is everyone else thus far. Just had the hottest wings and Sam 🥵 ouch! Delicious tho. Great spot with great staff. 10/10 Everytime
We went here for lunch after leaving scene 75. It wasn't busy yet and our server was amazing. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was hot and fresh and both my daughters ate without saying a word (which means the food was good). I spent approx $30 on 2 kids meals and an adult entree. I love their burgers and that's what I get, opposed to chicken. You can order online and pick up or have your food delivered. I noticed most of them are adding a .99 cent fee on take out orders.
Our waitress was very quick and very attentive. Quick with refills and food came out super hot. We will definitely return!!
Food is always pretty good. Service was decent. Seemed attentive, but never quite heard me...asked me something, and then did the opposite of what my response was. Screwed up my order, so I ended up with 45 boneless wings for the price of 15. Go me. Always way too loud inside. Pepsi soft drinks make everything better, except for the lack of GF options.
Got my drink and then food within maybe 5 minutes of ordering. The food was good, and the server was very polite and seemed well acquainted with the menu. Will return to this establishment often!
