Im not vegan, and generally avoid vegan restaurants as a result but Spoonful's offerings are AWESOME. My top choice for good eats in Milford- no contest. Highly recommend the Fiesta and Chicken Scratch bowls.
Everything is delicious here I am convinced. This food is made with love and care. The soups and the sandwiches are fantastic.
Pricey but filling and delicious. I wasn’t a big fan of quinoa but then I tried the chicken scratch bowl from spoonful and that changed my mind completely. Just the right ingredients and perfect blend of different textures all in one. Definitely worth the $$$
Not that pricey for what you get!! Super filling! Awesome spot! They have so much gluten free and celiac safe stuff!! New favorite place to eat in Milford!!

Was driving through town at lunchtime and found this gem of a place. Hungarian mushroom soup was incredibly tasty. I shall return, even if I need to take a detour :)

Finally tried Spoonful Soups & Eats after a year of living in Milford and I wish we had gone sooner! Everything was absolutely delicious. We can’t wait to try more off the menu! I highly recommend Spoonful Soups & Eats!
My Wife and l went here for lunch, and both got a salad. Chicken Scratch Salad, and Strawberry Quinoa Salad. They were both amazing!!! 👍👍👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stopped in on a rainy chilly foggy day and hada absolutely delicious Hungarian Mushroom Soup!!! The soup put the spirit back in me.I wish they served inside, but I think there was only outside tables on the porch, which is nice on s warmer day... I have to come back!!!
Gorgeous lunch! The braised beef sandwich was great! Very good food, nice service, very pricey.
2 drinks, 2 small chili's, 2 sandwiches =$54. But very good quality. I will eat here again, I will probably just order the main course without the extras.

Nice selection of healthy foods with delicious vegan options. Seating outside on porch only but relaxing. Great for take out picnic foods.
Stopped here for a late lunch and it was so delicious! The chili had amazing flavor and don’t even get me started on the biscuits! My husband had the Havana panini and he loved it. We both really loved the Maui waui fresh made drink. Light and refreshing. We will come back again.
Delicious soups, they offer gluten-free, vegan. There are basic menu is consistent, but they will add seasonal items especially now they have great drinks Also they have a small selection of take home items.

We recently bought a home in Milford and were missing healthier options back home. Spoonful is both delicious and healthy! They are my favorite lunch spot in Milford. I usually order the chicken scratch bowl. Customer service is great and there watermelon drink is amazing. Keep up the amazing work!
Great work lunch.... it was a beautiful day in Milford. The Fiesta bowl was fantastic and the mowie wowie mocktail was delicious as well. My boyfriend had the Anthony Reuben and he said he gets it all the time cause it's the best 👌 👍
