I got a pepperoni and Sausage pizza with hot oil. This pizza is a hybrid. A cross between bar pizza and thin crust. This crust was chewy. I enjoyed this pizza 🍕 pie. I'll be back.

I really enjoyed Colony Grill. The pizza is super thin so you can go through a lot. Do not miss the jalapeño oil!!! It was so good. All the flavor without feeling the spiciness. I wish they sold the oil in bottles to go. Sadly they don't.

Love the pizza here. The thin crust is the best. I love that the pizzas are small enough to eat on your own. The salad pizza is delicious too! The outdoor bar/eating area has plenty of seating.

I have eaten at the original Pepe’s, Sally’s and Modern in New Haven. This was my first opportunity to come here to Colonial and try the pizza. What makes this place unique from the others in my opinion is the micro thin crust. It is very light. You can almost eat a whole one on your own.
