Employee made this, showed other employee and said something, she shrugged her shoulders, then handed me this. I didn’t check until i got to work, but it’s clearly bad and even the smell is making me gag/sick. Ridiculous.

I ordered an iced latte. The worker confirmed with me then handed me a hot latte. Not a big deal besides the fact that I had already waited in the drive thru for about 30 minutes - mind you there were only 4 other cars ahead of me🤦🏼♀️- but this happens almost every time I go to this location. I enjoy coming to this location because the drinks and food are always made consistently however the workers have bad attitudes and they always mix up the orders at the drive thru. I get mistakes happen but when it’s happening on a regular basis it’s really upsetting

The low-starred reviewers are telling the truth about DD employees getting orders wrong. I ordered an everything toasted bagel and a small iced cappuccino in advance so it was literally written on paper!! Yet, after 15+ minutes of waiting in the drive-thru, they didn't know what my order was AND after I left, I opened to find that they gave me a PLAIN NON-TOASTED bagel . I'm never getting my order here through drive-thru again.

This place is hot or miss honestly. Sometimes they are spot on, other times they mess up. I have been stuck in the drive thru while waiting for someone who ordered a box of joe, meanwhile I ordered a large iced coffee and was told to pull around the side while they brew it. What gives??

I used to rave about this Dunkin , but lately it is disappointing. The wait time in drive thru is so long and lately the inside has been closed in the morning. Since the new owners took over there has been a huge decline in service. Very disappointed!

Has really gone downhill lately. Sometimes you sit in line at drive thru for 20 minutes with only a handful of cars ahead of you. There is only one lane so once you are in the drive thru line you are stuck. They seem to be chronically understaffed. If you go here I suggest you go inside for your order, but the parking lot is a nightmare. The other Dunkin’ 5 min down the road is better.

I pulled in at 7:41 they close at 8 PM.
Seem like it was just one person there. He told me they’re about to close it could not serve me. And all I ordered was a cup of coffee. What has happened to customer service. I watched another car get turned away in front of me. I don’t know who owns this store but if I was the owner and my employee turned away customers 20 minutes before the store closed I would have another conversation with that employee.

I would give them zero stars if possible. We just went through the drive through and of the 2 things we ordered - 2 were wrong. There was zero speaking from the girl other then to bark our price at us but np we understand people have bad days. We kindly asked for the order to be corrected and waited a solid 10 minutes for it. Drove away thinking it could not be wrong again but it was. So we drove back around to drive through and extra nicely (so there was no food tampering) said it was still incorrect. She said " YEA DRIVE UP" Clearly passed off at us they remake it put their arm out the window with their back to us and said nothing. Never a thank you or I'm sorry. As a business owner if my employees did this to our customers they would not work for us any longer. Huge attitudes and zero customer service!
