Goofing up once is an honest mistake. Twice is carelessness, and three times calls management into question.
My last three visits have had either the wrong order, cold food, or a combination of the two. My receipt is always tossed before I can get proof of anything, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was intentional to hide the evidence of their sketchy dealings. Speaking of proof, I wish I took a photo of the the drive thru window, as it's plastered with cheap, printout signs; one a disclaimer saying that they don't do refunds, the other telling customers to stop being rude and ungrateful. Covid Fatigue aside, anyone would be angry after dealing with frozen food and grumpy staff first thing in the morning.
It's little wonder this place is always empty, which is a shame since I have fun memories there from years ago. But as it stands, I won't be coming back anytime soon, if at all, nor suggesting anyone go there till things change. Depending on the level of acknowledgement of this post, I'll likely call corporate after this.

I was missing a slice of bacon🥓 on my 🍔 so they happily honored my concern, thanks late night crew...

I used to love Burger King and so did the kids. Hands down the worst location I have been to. Always have trouble getting our order correct, the employees are rude and combative. We have witnessed them fight with customers over nonsense and they tried to steal from us! Soda machine was down and they refused to give us a refund or replacement as they said it was part of our combo meal. Do not go!!

Had a big order and had some special orders with it. Got it all right. Thanks team McDonald's ! They were fairly busy and impress by the lead to keep it all together.

I made a mobile order but they did not receive it. Told me to come in. I went in and replaced the order with employee. She saw they took it out of my account and it was ordered at the correct location. She said I have not received it on my end so I can’t give you the food. Can I please speak to your manager? I am the manager. She told me “ I do not give out free food.” I left there with no food and two charges to my account. Very dissapointed.

Great service. I was very thrilled to see how one of the cashiers went to open the door for an elderly couple. They took some time to make them feel very comfortable and welcomed. You could tell the couple was very thankful.

It's a good location, clean quick service. Very close to interstate 91 and 95.

Very disappointed in the service in the drive thru. I purchased 2 whoopers, onion rights and a cheeseburger kids meal and after a long wait they asked that i pull into the parking lot when i questioned why i would have an additional wait the window was closed and then an angry male came to the window and said “ I am trying to cook your onion rings that is why we need you to go wait in the parking lot”. I replied with if that is the wait i will take French fries. At that point my bag was handed to me in a rude manner and when i checked the bag i was missing the apple juice. I patiently waited and when no one attempted to open the window i honked my horn for assistance and was once again not treated nicely. This particular Burger King needs better management as well as employees.

I love then whenever I'm in Milford that I can pick up your veggie burgers. They taste great, I'm in and out, and they're cheap. And you're the only burger fast food chain who gives me this option. THANK YOU! You have my loyalty.

They were very nice people, but they hot our order wrong; when we went back to get it fixed they were very nice about it and the manager did apologize!!
