I feel it’s really weird that employees hang out and chill In the booths with food from other restaurants Managment is not doing their job here whatsoever allowing employees to take their breaks in booths with food from other places shouldn’t be even possible to take a break on the floor never mind

A little hit or miss, both the food and the workers. I get curbside to go about once a week. Sometimes the food seems like it's been in a steamer and soggy inside the containers, even when I get there 5-10 minutes before my pickup time. Staff was friendly and very efficient. Food wasn’t bad but we found a bug in our food. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Once is an accident. Twice is lack of cleaning/being observant of what you are serving a customer. Sadly will not be going back.

I have not been to an Applebee's in quite some time. I took my mother there for mother's day, and let me say, I was pretty impressed. The food took no time at all to come and it was excellent. I will be going here more often.
