The service was pretty slow, i think they were averaging almost 2 minutes or more between orders, but the food was the biggest disappointment. KFC food prepared to KFC standards. My order was exactly what I ordered. A lot of restaurants in the area have staff shortages, and this KFC is no exception. There was a longer than usual wait time but I give the staff props for doing their best.

The Milford KFC has never been one of my favorite KFC's. It's usually not very clean inside, and they are often out of things I want to order. But alas, it's the only KFC near me. I went to KFC in Milford tonight. Ordered a two pc dark. Sat down and realized it was a breast and drum. Took it back and they said they didn’t have any thighs in regular. I said I’ll take take crispy. She took the breast off my plate and put it back into the warmer and gave me a crispy thigh.

Seem to always be out of whatever you want to order. Poor training and lack of verbal communication with customers. They also took food that went outside into someones vehicle and was brought back in by customer and employee took that food and put it back on the heating rack without a thought to con

I can't find any breast meals. I don't like drumsticks or thighs! I live a lone so don't suggest a bucket. I am extremely disappointed because I have always loved KFC!

The chicken sandwich with the pickles were absolutely delicious and crunchy out on the outside and juicy in the inside. They get a 5 star, only when it's lunch time, because when I went later on like 3-6 p.m it was kinda not as crunchy.

They are always a little behind, expect a small wait but not unbearable. Food came out piping hot so the wait was worth it <5 minutes.
