Everyone at this location is so nice and friendly food always comes out great and if there is a mistake the fix it no problem. Love this Dunkin!
I neverrrrr complain (as I’ve worked in customer service for years). I asked for an everything bagel with butter. This is what I got. The amount of cream cheese is completely unacceptable. It’s not even edible.
Absolutely horrible. Ordered two totally different coffees, they were the exact same. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese, got a bagel with nothing on it, and the order was done thru the app. The only way you mess up like that is because you don’t care. Shop local, and if nothing else just go to Starbu
This is a great Dunkin location inside Garrett’s, they have a lot of employees and orders come out very quickly. They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful! I always recommend this Dunkin, it’s worth it every time since it’s never too busy therefore special
I go here frequently. People are super nice. I think only once an order was incorrect. Others must have hit it on a bad day. I’ve also ordered on the app and it turned out perfect.
I love the convenience of there FINALLY being a dunkin’ near the highway. I use 495 daily and getting a coffee before leaving town always sucked because there wasn’t any dunks close by. literally the best dunkin' i've ever been to. the coffee comes out of a beer tap thing which is so freaking cool!!? the staff were so nice and my coffee and food was probably the best i've had at a dunkin. beautiful.
Very quick! Ordered 6 sandwiches and 2 coffees and got them quicker than most DD locations. Super friendly staff. Food and coffee were delicious. Will visit again.
