I love this location. I come all the time and they are so friendly nice and quick. Just like anyone else they make mistakes but what makes them different is how quickly they are accountable and fix it. I have also made mistakes making my order and they are more than accommodating. As they are all wonderful. Brittney is always so friendly and professional. I have had the pleasure of her assistance in store and at the window! Im the crazy lady always asking for a straw for my hot coffee!! And the bling'd steering wheel

I ordered 2 ice coffees .. very simple order. the young man that waited on us ( shift leader Ryan) when i asked to please put coffees in a tray for travel. He was evidently disturbed by my asking and slammed the coffees down into the tray and handed them out the window.. with not so much as a have a nice day or a here you go!!!! Very rude and upsetting for me as a frequent customer of dunkins!!!!!! :(

The past 3-4 visits I’ve had at this location were unfortunately not great. I ordered a chicken bacon croissant every time and it was cold every time. Had no problems at other locations with this

I ordered a iced vanilla bean latte, as vanilla bean was one of the flavor options listed on the menu. I was told no we don't have that. I said ok, well the menu says otherwise, after arguing with me about it over the drive thru speaker. I changed my order to a frozen coffee. I drive up to pay which is fine, no other talk about the previous type of coffee I requested in the beginning. After a bit this girl comes to the window to argue with me about the iced vanilla bean latte. I kept telling her it was on the menu and she kept telling me no, no, no. I said go see for your self. She just walked away after arguing with him for 5 minutes.
I will NEVER order from this site again. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR NO STARS I WOULD'VE DONE THAT. THEY DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR

Really good coffee! Please let all employees what is a dark roast coffee, you have two dark roast coffees now, no really great names for them

Long waiting time. Literally 20 minutes with only two people in front of me. I get to the register finally to have them help the customers behind me before me... Like I was invisible? They didn't have anything at all for food left. They burnt both the food items I ended up settling for and only remade one. It was a really bad experience. I was very close to just leaving and not even ordering anything at all after that. Also the lady at the register doesn't know how to speak to customers, very rude. You don't ask, "What do you want?"

Everytime my boyfriend or I come here they always mess up the food they never get anything right and constantly burning the bagels or croissants. Nasty attitudes. Don’t waste your money here.
