Didn’t get what I ordered at all , wrong type of wrap ! No extras that I asked for no sauce and a small thing of meat I’m very upset at this subway ! I’ve ate these wraps since they came out and this is disappointing to look at you should train your staff in how to make them properly and should check before it leaves if they are new ! Door dash was nice enough to refund a credit to my account !

Went in got a salad... well not sure I would call it a salad... barely ANY lettuce ask for more lettuce and was given like a Tablespoon more... ask for Spinach, onions, Cucumbers, and peppers... got barely any of those also. Got plenty of tuna though... but who wants tuna and no veggies when you want a Salad. Hubby got a Italian BMT and barely any veggies on the sub either.... Horrible!

Edit: just stopped again today(10/15/18) while traveling through and it’s not clean at all. As I sat there eating my food I lost my appetite when I realized how nasty and unkept the restaurant it. The pictures are from today.
Not to bad. Good staff.
But seriously you need a changing table in at least the women’s restroom and also you need to deep clean the bathrooms.

Absolute worst service ever!! I placed an online order via the Subway app at 4:45 for it to be ready at 5:50. I received an email letting me know that my rider was almost ready at 5:34. Upon my arrival at 6:00 I went up to the pi kup portion of the counter and was told that they still had to finish the order. There was heavy foot traffic into this establishment that the 2 employees would stop making online orders and assist those customers. I also discovered while sitting there waiting for almost 45 minutes that if DoorDash orders came across the system that regular subway orders were getting bumped back to make the DoorDash subs. I understand that no one wants to be in the position of having angry customers backing up in your lobby but if it's not feasible to make the online orders that come over the system maybe they should limit the number of orders accepted.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch with lettuce on Italian herb, received chicken on bread. No lettuce, no ranch, no bacon.
My other sub wasn’t toasted as requested and has items on It i didn’t ask for. 0/10 will not be receiving my business any longer.

Ordered Italian herbs and cheese for longs rolls were burnt flaked like a croissant called to report this manager told me their rules are to bring the sandwich back they will make it over never go to their store no more covid19 out and they accepting food back they don't care about customers or employees 18.00 wasted one whose driving back except you live next door plus I have medical issues but choose not to say

Used the app to order online. When I arrived 5 minutes after the time, my order wasn't even started. There were 3 highschool age students behind the counter. No manager. Then there was no wheat bread. Why? Not because they didn't have it....because they just didn't keep track of what they had ready. Unacceptable Subway😞

Great customer service. There is a girl that works in there. I went twice at night she was there don't remember her name but her hair was pink or purple I think. I got a salad the first time and she said "oh I love to make salads". She jump on the line and made it just the way I wanted it. The second time I got a sub it was equally amazing,along with her customer service skills.
