The food was good. Fresh. The place was a little dirty the tables and the floor. But I don't know if they were busy before we arrive there.
Five guys for someone like myself is a Treat Yourself kind of place to go, I like it because I can customize my burger order to what I like to have in it. And have a shake as well, but my favorite part of five guys... is their Cajun seasoned fries.
One the best burgers around. Just have to be ok paying the price for a fresh burger. But you can't be disappointed at all. And you need to try thier shakes, so ono.

Delicious burgers for a hefty price, but what's a little extra $, for a great burger! Hope it stays, Mililani location seems to be lacking clientele ... so many eateries affected by Covid mandates.
More than decent burger experience with helpful service up front. Bacon was crispy and overall burgers were cooked well without being too oily, fries were fine and peanuts taste better afterwards. Great spot to recharge with a satisfying burger.
Generally we like Five Guys hamburgers wish we frequent in the Southern California. The ones that the Mililani branch do not stand out. We prefer the Kapolei Five Guys hamburgers they are really good and unique. If given a blind test, the Mililani branch hamburgers might be labeled "ordinary" which is not something we're happy to say. But that's the way it taste. This is our second visit in two 2-years to the Mililani Five Guys shop.
Another matter is it's fun getting roasted peanuts. But here in Hawaii likely the humidity likely makes them taste stale and weeks old. I called the hotline told them so and hopefully they will find ways to maintain the freshness of roasted peanuts. It's a shame that peanuts taste so much like old peanuts.
These guys are really good. The dude with blonde hair and black hat, you’re doing an amazing job. Ask for a raise. These guys are making amazing, burgers, reliable quality, great service, worth it.
Adding a patty is always great! -1 star for poor packaging. i got my order thro Uber eat and the bag was not sealed properly.
The burgers and fries at Five Guys are some of the best you can get on the island. I like that they only use fresh potatoes for their fries and I always get the cajun seasoning that makes it spicy! Their Coke machine lets you mix up your own flavors like Cherrynilla or Limerry. Grab some free peanuts while you're waiting for your burger if you can't wait. They do get busy around lunchtime but it's worth the wait!
Mark ordered a kosher hotdog and it was very tasty good. I ordered a veggie sandwich and was happy. The little fries were, 'Lil' Free peanuts went little soggy 😑 and all in all it's 4☆' s.
Fries were amazing!!Staff was amazing!! Would definitely go again and it was worth the price :)
